Greetings beautiful inside timer,
Hello and welcome to today's live session where we will be doing a channel guided meditation.
Today we're going to focus on healing energy,
Invoking healing within the bodies,
Our individual bodies which are connected to the body of the earth.
So we're going to work with that mirror and before we begin I would really like for you to contemplate for a few moments an image,
Or maybe it's not an image,
Maybe it's a person's name or like you know a memory that invokes a sense of powerful love.
So just let's take a few moments,
The more powerful we can get that feeling of love in the heart space,
The more powerful this is going to be.
We're going to use that image,
Maybe it's your cat,
Maybe it's memory of like when you met your partner,
Maybe it's like your first kiss,
Maybe it was this like magical five-year-old birthday,
Maybe there was some child you helped on this one day and you know maybe you just did something so small and you didn't even realize how much it would touch someone and I think it's really powerful for us to remember or to remind ourselves that we we never know how even just a small act can really change someone's life perspective and make them feel seen or valued or honored.
Something so small as just saying I support you,
I see you,
I share your post,
I care,
I care.
Such small acts can have such powerful ripples and I think it's also magical to acknowledge that we will never fully comprehend the legacy that we leave behind.
Every smile that we've shared,
Every kind word that we have said,
Every person's life that we have touched in some small way and when we allow ourselves to be squishy and vulnerable and just open those hearts right up to just act from that space of love,
The rewards are just endless,
They're endless and then I invite you to make your way to a comfortable seat or if you prefer you might lie down flat on your back and really take your time getting there.
So allow yourself to listen to your body and to simply tap into what feels good for you and find your comfortable seat.
Begin to tap into the flow of the breath.
Invite the breath to deepen and to slow.
Invite the stomach to expand fully.
Allow the spine to lengthen.
Tuck the chin tuck the chin slightly elongating in the back of the neck and constrict the back of the throat ever so gently,
Breathing through the nose,
Allowing that breath to become audible within the head.
This sound of the breath is your anchor into this present moment now and this present moment is the space where all of your power lies.
Breathe that in.
On the inhale allow yourself to become taller and on the exhale simply grant yourself permission to let go of anything that no longer suits you.
I would like to acknowledge the presence presence of divine source energy,
That which some may call God or Allah,
Goddess,
The universe,
That aspect that is a part of us all,
That which we all come from.
I would like to acknowledge the presence of your ancestors and to ask those who are in alignment with love vibration to assist in this healing work.
I would like to acknowledge the presence of your guiding spirits,
All those in alignment with love vibration,
The highest good and the health of your soul.
I call upon the blue team to surround us all.
You might visualize this experience as a circle of blue flames surrounding.
They are simultaneously cooling and warm.
Watch them grow taller and fuller as you breathe and allow yourself to grow taller and fuller.
Breathe for a moment into the heart space as you call up your image of love.
Allow the heart space to grow.
Send a cord from the heart all the way down the spine,
All the way down into the ground,
Right into the core of the earth.
Watch as all of our cords connect in together,
Acknowledging our connection,
Acknowledging our connectedness,
Acknowledging ourselves as selves living in community upon the body of the earth.
Connect back in with your image of love,
Whether you see your child,
Your lover,
A memory,
Or a pet.
Allow that heart to open.
As we generate and call in healing,
As we program the cells of our bodies,
May that healing overflow and affect the other,
Bringing about balance,
Balancing forces,
Balancing energy,
Just as you feel that love.
Imagine a cone of energy spiraling down from above,
From universal source energy.
It might be rainbows of colors.
It might be golden or silver.
It might be sparkling or metallic.
Allow your imagination to run wild.
See that spiraling,
Coming down through the crown and meeting the cord connecting with the earth at the heart center,
Allowing that heart to expand and grow as you utilize your image of love.
Remember the breath.
Allow that rainbow golden energy from above to spill out from the heart space and to fill every part of the body.
See if you can imagine 30 trillion cells vibrating happily together,
Living in harmony,
Living in peace.
Peace.
Use the breath to direct that energy into every cell,
Fused with love vibration.
See as this healing energy goes into all the happy little cells of your digestive system,
Breathe it into that space,
Strengthening your immune system,
Strengthening your defense,
Sending it to your stomach,
Breathing it into the stomach,
Into the liver.
Use the breath,
Connect in with the feeling of love,
Into the gallbladder,
The intestines,
Clearing any blockages,
Releasing any tension,
Fueling that energy with that image of love.
Love.
I am worthy of health.
I am worthy of healing.
I am worthy of that as is the body of the earth.
Send that energy into the colon.
I release with ease.
I let go and forgive.
I digest life with ease.
I process emotions with ease.
I surrender and let go.
Love.
I allow healing in.
Send that energy into the kidneys.
I am balance.
I am justice.
Peace.
Breathe that energy into the sexual organ,
Ovaries,
Fallopian tubes,
Womb space,
Prostate.
I release shame and I claim my power.
I am divine creativity.
Connect with your image of love.
Feel this energy from source with that of your heart and send it into those spaces.
Send that energy into the glutes,
The hip bones,
All the muscles,
Hips.
I am peace.
Peace.
I am open and receptive to healing.
Send that energy into the lung.
I take life in fully.
Fuse your lungs and your oxygen with that divine energy.
Fuel it with the power of love.
Allow that energy to fuse and form and alchemize in the heart space.
Send it into the bloodstream.
Become aware of the pulse in the body as you fuse the breath with this energy and send it all around the arms,
Into the fingertips,
Erupting out palms of the hands,
Allowing the chakras of the hands to open,
Acknowledging your healing hand,
Your instruments of love or destruction.
Let it be of love.
Sending that energy down the spine,
Into all the muscles of the back,
Into the nervous system,
Into all the little muscles,
Every vertebrae of the spine,
Every fiber of every bone,
Down the legs,
Thighs,
The hamstrings,
The femurs,
The shins,
The calves,
The calves.
Every soul rejoicing with this new infused,
Alchemized blood of healing,
Fueled by the power of love,
Right into the feet,
Into the tips of the toes,
Every ligament golden,
Every fiber of every muscle,
Every single cell rejoicing.
Let this body be a community of thriving selves,
A community in growth,
A community in healing and holding,
A community in cooperation with the entire community.
And send that energy down the cord from your heart,
Into the core of the earth,
Seeing yourself now as a cell on the body of the earth,
Connected in community.
Our responsibility here to collaborate,
Cooperate and to do so with the vibration of love.
May this healing overflow from our bodies of trillions of cells into the greater body and sending healing to all the trillions of cells on the face of this earth.
May she be activated with love vibration.
And I encourage you all now to see and envision a world acting in collaboration,
In cooperation for the health and the healing of this one organism that is our earth.
That is our home.
May all those suffering with the disease of hatred be activated in their hearts.
May their hearts open.
May they see the madness.
May we build and grow.
May we balance and regenerate.
May we see ourselves in oneness.
May we see ourselves in another.
May we see our responsibility to the collective.
May we transmute into love.
For only love is real.
For only love makes sense.

Let go of the visualizations of the energy from above.
Accept that it is now a part of you.
A part of you.
This is now your new state of being.
Every cell vibrating with vitality.
Activated in love.
You can give yourself a hug.

This powerful activation.
You are truly a powerful healer.
Smile to yourself.
We have sent powerful ripples out into the quantum field.
We have planted powerful seeds,
Not only within our own bodies,
But the body of the earth.
May those seeds be watered and may they grow as you make daily choices of actions moving forward.
May your every action stem from that space of love,
Vibration,
And your understanding of your connection to the collective.
May you see with eyes of love.
