Welcome to the Somatic Tune In Experience,

Practices to connect with the Heart Chakra.

In order to connect with the Heart Chakra,

There are several somatic practices that can be helpful.

Somatic exercises are a great way to shift stagnant,

Stuck and unwanted energies.

One effective practice is to focus on breathing deeply and fully.

Begin by sitting or lying down in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for a few seconds,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress in your body.

Repeat this for several deep breaths,

Allowing your body to relax and release.

Another practice is to visualize a green light at the centre of your chest,

Where the Heart Chakra is located.

Imagine this green light growing brighter with each inhale,

Filling your entire body with warmth and positivity.

As you exhale,

Imagine any negative emotions or feelings leaving your body and being replaced with love and compassion.

A third practice is to practice Heart Opening Yoga poses,

Such as the Camel Pose or the Cobra Pose.

These postures help to expand the chest and open the Heart Chakra,

Allowing energy to flow freely.

As you move through these poses,

Focus on your breath and visualize the green light at the centre of your chest.

Connecting with the Heart Chakra through somatic practices can help to promote feelings of love,

Compassion and empathy.

These practices can also help to release any emotional blockages that may be preventing you from fully experiencing these positive emotions.
