Throat Chakra: Finding Your Authentic Voice These practices can help to release any blockages that may be preventing the Throat Chakra from functioning properly. It is also important to pay attention to what you say to yourself (and others) and how you say it, as negative self-talk or harsh language can block the Throat Chakra. Here are a few somatic practices to consider when connecting with the Throat Chakra: Breathing exercises, Chanting - use any sound or word that resonates with you, such as "om" or "ah", and gentle neck stretches. - Remember, it is important to listen to your body and practice self-care as you explore these practices. - Background music credit DmnkBrn.

Welcome to the Somatic Tune-in Experience.

Practices to connect with the Throat Chakra.

Somatic exercises are a great way to shift stagnant,

Stuck and unwanted energies.

There are several somatic practices that can help us connect with the Throat Chakra.

One such practice is deep breathing.

Begin by sitting or standing in a comfortable position,

With your spine straight and your shoulders relaxed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And then exhale through your mouth with an audible sigh.

Repeat this several times.

Allow each exhale to release any tension or blockages in the throat.

Another practice is chanting.

You can use any sound or word that resonates with you,

Such as um or ah.

Begin by taking several deep breaths,

And then on your next exhale,

Begin to chant your chosen sound or word.

Allow the sound to vibrate through your body,

Including your throat.

Repeat this several times,

Allowing your voice to become more confident and resonant with each repetition.

Finally,

You can also try a gentle neck stretch to release any tension in the throat area.

Begin by sitting or standing with your spine straight.

Inhale deeply,

And on your exhale,

Tilt your head to the right,

Bringing your right ear towards your right shoulder.

Hold for a few breaths,

And then inhale to come back to centre,

And repeat on the left side.

Remember,

It's important to listen to your body and practice self-care as you explore these practices.
