Now shift your attention to your lower abdomen where the sacro chakra resides and visualize a warm glowing orange energy.
This chakra governs your creativity,
Passion and sensuality.
You are a unique blend of creative energy,
A canvas with endless possibilities.
So use this moment to embrace your creativity,
Allowing it to flow freely like a gentle river.
Now slowly move your awareness to your stomach where the solar plexus chakra resides.
Imagine a radiant yellow energy.
This chakra represents your self-confidence,
Your personal power.
Keep in mind that you possess the strength to overcome challenges and your inner fire burns brightly.
Stand in your power knowing that you have the ability to make things happen.
Shift your focus to your heart center where the heart chakra resides.
Envision a beautiful comforting green light.
This chakra embodies love,
Compassion and empathy.
Your heart is a wellspring of love that you offer to others and receive in return.
So open your heart to the world around you,
Letting love and kindness to flow effortlessly.
Now bring your attention to your throat where the throat chakra resides and see a soothing blue energy.
This chakra governs your communication and self-expression.
Your voice matters and your words have the power to create positive change.
Speak your truth with confidence and authenticity for you are heard and valued.
Shift your awareness to the space between your eyebrows where the third eye chakra resides.
Picture a serene indigo light symbolizing your intuition,

Finally you move your attention to the top of your head where the crown chakra resides and envision a gentle violet or white light.

In your higher self you're a vessel of infinite possibilities aligned with the universe's wisdom.

As you take a few deep breaths,
Imagine all seven chakras aligning in perfect harmony,
Each energy center radiating its unique light.
