Hello,
This moment I invite you to joyfully let go of all the contents of the mind,
Enjoying the stillness of the body and the consciousness.
It is in that stillness that we will find the deepest well-being and the most authentic joy.
This is the place where we are able to rest happy and free and this with joy and kindness that you let your body,
Your breath and your mind to settle into their natural states.
As you connect to your body and to what happens in words,
Let empathy for yourself arise.
Empathize with your own desire to be happy,
With the desire to be free of suffering and from anxiety.
Take a moment to think about your recent past and recognize the times when you felt an urge to live a meaningful life,
To find balance in your mind and to open your heart.
Remember what motivates you and what makes you participate in this journey of life.
There are many reasons to feel gratitude and joy and most of those reasons were not just wishes.
There was certainly a lot of effort and dedication of your part.
During your life remember how many times have you dedicated to improving the quality of your own life,
To become a better person.
This effort and dedication should be recognized and they should be reasons for you to feel happy and grateful.
With each breath you take let joy and gratitude fill your heart.
Remember you are the writer of your own story,
Of your own life.
Remember everything you went through that took you this far.
You should be proud of yourself.
You should be happy with all your achievements and you should recognize how strong and powerful you are.
Let all this love and all this gratitude fill your body.
Realize how these thoughts make you feel.
Perhaps you're even smiling a little bit.
Well you should.
Life can be hard but there are a lot of reasons for us to feel grateful,
To feel loved and to feel happy.
Take a deep breath in and exhale through the mouth.
Start to move your body and bring your attention back to your hands,
Feet.
Blink your eyes a couple times.
Look around and notice where you are in this very moment.
Remember to enjoy the ride and to notice all you went through.
I'm so happy you came today.
Thank you so much for being here with me.
I hope you have a wonderful day.
