Find a comfortable and quiet space to sit or lay down.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

As we embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing,

I invite you to bring to your mind your efforts,

Struggles,

Achievements,

Sad and happy moments of your life.

Picture them as colors of your life's canvas.

Keep in mind all these memories as we go through our Ho'oponopono meditation.

I am sorry.

Feel this phrase within you,

Acknowledging any times you may have judged yourself,

Doubt your abilities or held on to regrets.

Allow these moments to come up without judgment and imagine a gentle light of compassion surrounding those memories.

Please forgive me.

Feel the weight of self-blame and regret.

Begin to lift.

Understand that you are a human and imperfections are a part of growth.

Offer yourself forgiveness for any moments of self-criticism or harshness.

Thank you.

Express gratitude for your efforts,

No matter how big or small they are.

Be thankful for the lessons that challenges have taught you and for the moments that have brought you joy.

Allow this gratitude to approach you like a warm embrace.
