Hello everyone,

Thank you for listening to my guided meditation version 3 audio.

This is LP Visit.

I hope we enjoy our inner peace time together.

So let's not waste our time any longer.

Let's begin our meditation.

I would like to invite everyone,

Starting by finding yourself sitting in a comfortable position.

Relax your whole body,

Free from all the tension.

Gently close your eyes,

Checking yourself very truly,

Whether you feel any tension on your body.

Begin to relax from the top of your head down to your forehead,

Eyebrows,

Losing eyelids.

If you feel that your eyelids are too heavy,

Reopen your eyes and close them down more gently.

Making your face become soft and your head feeling light,

Free from all the thought on the inside.

Relax further down to your neck,

Shoulder,

Arms,

Forearms,

All the way down to the tips of your hands.

Adjusting your back and body,

Free from all the tension.

Relax your abdomen,

Allowing yourself breathing more easily.

Continue to relax further down from your hip to your legs,

Knees,

Down to the tip of your toes.

Once you are done with adjusting yourself,

Let's continue to adjust the mind.

Imagine that you are alone in a place that you like to be by yourself.

A place where you can be comfortable,

Relax and calm.

Then take a deep breath,

Bring back the mind and rest it inside gently.

Let go of everything,

Be still.

Don't let your mind attach or hold on to anything.

Let it be clear and light.

Comfort zone is when you like to stay in this state as long as you like,

Without wanting to leave.

You only want to stay with this feeling continuously.

Never feel enough or bored or struggle wherever you feel just right inside yourself.

Stay there.

If you can find this comfort zone,

You would only want to stay continuously and the mind would be within you.

Never think of anything,

Only want to stay inside your body.

Therefore,

Whenever you find your comfort zone inside yourself,

Just stay there.

Whether it be in your face or any parts of your body where you feel familiar with,

This is very important.

It would allow your mind to be settled down and easy to visualize the image inside.

If you are not ready and try to visualize the image,

There would be only tension,

Struggle and boredom building up inside.

Then you could not sit for long.

But if you are ready,

Because you have found the comfort zone,

You would be able to focus or visualize image easily.

Please do not overlook or let this pass.

The reason that we take a long time to find inner peace is because we do not find this comfort zone.

We are not ready but persist to rest the mind inside or immediately visualize the image without relax the mind priorly.

Thus,

We only feel tension and become our habit to start meditation in this state.

Let the mind and body be ready by finding the comfort zone first.

If we have found it,

Everything will fall into place.

We would love to meditate.

Mindfulness and relaxation would arise quickly and continuously without any effort.

Comfort feeling is the middle path.

It doesn't have too much tension or relaxed feeling.

Tension path is having too much focus or putting too much effort to stay still.

Relaxed path is having too much comfort that lead you to fall asleep,

A losing focus that cause wandering thought.

If you are relaxed,

Your mind would be still and soft.

This feeling would stay with you continuously.

Once discover this feeling,

Everything is easy.

When the mind is relaxed and comfortable,

The positive feeling would find its way to enter.

Brightness and joy would arise inside.

Purity would follow.

You will discover the pure nature of your mind within.

All would easily come when you are being relaxed and comfortable.

Thus,

We must practice finding this comfort zone diligently until you are familiar and accept this feeling as it is suitable for the mind.

Repeat this process,

Observing how you would find this comfort zone easily.

Or if we losing this feeling,

How could we gain it back,

Then improve yourself so you won't make this mistake again.

And be ready to restart everything easily.

Resetting yourself easily with comfort zone,

Whether inside or outside yourself.

Furthermore,

Everyday asking yourself where is your mind focusing,

Whether it close to you or far away,

Or inside yourself.

When you find the answer where your mind is located,

Adjust the state of your mind to be in comfort zone as already mentioned.

Soon your mind would come to a standstill at its home inside yourself.

Everything would fall into place.

Brightness,

Joy,

And purity would come and stay with you,

Making you become happy.

No matter what you do or wherever you go,

You would only feel joy,

Discovering wisdom to help you finish your task at hand and be happy in every way.

Your mind and responsibilities would join together naturally like breathing in a comfortable and easy way.

Time has taken away of your strength and youth,

Therefore use the remaining time to find the comfort zone so that you can reach the stillness and purity within.

And one day,

You can be peaceful and happy with inner wisdom inside while you live and can be proud of yourself.

Maintain the balance of your mindfulness and relaxation inside yourself.

Continue on,

Allow the mind to stay inside yourself after the meditation,

So you can be with the comfort zone in everything you do and wherever you go.

Then slowly and gently open your eyes.

May you be with inner peace.
