So let's enjoy our inner peace time together.
I would like to start by inviting everyone to adjust yourself sitting in your most comfortable position where you can feel relaxed all over your body.
You may sit on the floor or on a chair if you like.
Adjust yourself,
Your position until you feel completely at ease.
Gently close your eyes as if you are going to fall asleep,
Continuing to let the relaxation flow into a smile on your face.
Next,
Take a deep breath,
Breathe in freely until you feel the air pass through your lungs,
Reaching the middle of your abdomen.
And slowly breathe out,
Breathe in and breathe out for a few more times.
With each breathe in,
Imagine that each cell in the entire body is full of happiness and joy.
With each breathe out,
Breathe out all your worries and negative feelings.
Let go of all your responsibilities that relate to work,
Family,
Studies or anything else.
Let everything go,
Let your mind be joyful and simply relax.
As the rhythm of the breath becomes more and more natural,
Relax every muscle in your body,
Starting from the top of your head down to forehead,
Eyebrows and eyelids,
And eyelids,
Relaxing the muscle in your face,
Your neck down to your shoulder,
Arms down to the tips of your fingers.
Relax the muscles of your back,
Your chest,
Your legs down to the tips of your toes,
Continuing to relax,
Feeling every part of your body completely free and more relaxed,
Comfortable and light.
Allow your mind to be joyful,
Cheerful,
Clear,
Pure and bright,
Releasing and letting the thing go,
Emptying your mind clear and free from all thoughts.
Imagine that you are sitting alone in a vast open space,
Full of freedom and full of peace,
Continuing to let go.
Allow the mind to softly rest in the middle of your abdomen or at any point that you feel just right to rest your mind.
Simply maintain a soft awareness gently within,
Like a feather floating down to touch the surface of water.
As you maintain the feeling of relaxation of body and mind,
Continue to gently rest within yourself around your abdomen,
Then lightly imagine the sun with a peaceful,
Relaxed feeling and observe calmly,
Allowing the stillness to grow.
If you are losing your focus and start thinking of many things,
You may recite the mantra to keep your mind focused,
Repeating the mantra softly in your mind as if the sound were coming from your abdomen inside,
Bright and clear,
Bright and clear,
Bright and clear,
As the mind becomes stiller and stiller,
The mantra will slow down and fade away by itself,
Continuing to feel the calm relaxation,
Be neutral with any experience.
Once your mind will be completely focused,
Pure,
Still like nothingness,
This moment is very important,
Pay attention because the inner experience will progress.
Your role currently is to be an observer,
Keep on observing and be neutral without any doubt.
Eventually,
Your mind will be purified and completely focused inside yourself around your abdomen and the mind will be within entering the stage of clarity,
Purity,
Brightness,
True happiness and true inner knowledge,
The wisdom from within that lies deeper and deeper and attainable within you.
It is universal,
The same for everyone in this world,
So relax and continue to meditate in silence.
Once your body and mind are balanced with one another,
Let the enjoyment and peacefulness fill your mind,
You can open your mind to all beings and learn to love more openly,
Freely,
Beginning with loving kindness for yourself and then loving kindness for others,
You become more open,
Relaxed and balanced,
Radiating this loving kindness from yourself to everyone in the room,
To your families and friends,
To all the people in the whole neighborhood,
In the whole city,
In the whole country and eventually the whole world,
Sharing loving kindness with them all,
A feeling for them and to be happier,
The mind full of loving kindness will discover the way to work with others meaningfully,
Gently,
Happily,
Resolving whatever problems may arise,
Let there be peace on earth,
Let there be world peace through inner peace,
Continue on,
Maintain both body and mind in the balance of mindfulness and relaxation inside yourself,
Allowing the mind to continue to rest within the body as long as you can in everything you do and wherever you go and slowly and gently open your eyes
