Find a quiet place,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your shoulders,

Jaw and neck.

Release tension with each exhale.

Picture yourself standing in a calm forest or a sunny open field.

With each breath,

Feel the stress melt away.

Repeat silently or out loud,

I release what I no longer need and invite calm into my body and mind.

Take a final deep breath.

Slowly open your eyes,

Refreshed and ready to continue your day.
