Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep inhale and long exhale.

Scan your body from head to toe,

Noticing areas of tightness.

Breathe into those areas and as you exhale,

Release tension.

Imagine stress leaving your body like a gentle wave washing away.

Repeat silently or out loud,

I release stress and welcome calm.

Take three slow breaths.

Feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Gently open your eyes.
