Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

Allow your body to relax,

With each inhale feel energy entering your body,

With each exhale release tension.

Now bring your attention to your intention for this wellness journey,

What do you hope to create,

Picture it.

Repeat silently or loud,

I am committed to nurturing habits that support my well being.

Take three deep breaths,

Feeling your intention settle in your body,

When ready gentle wiggle your fingers and toes.
