Transcript

Lie down or sit comfortably.

Close your eyes.

Breathe slowly,

Feeling your body sink into the surface beneath you.

Bring your awareness to the events of the day.

Without judgement,

Notice moments of joy,

Learning or growth.

Repeat silently or out loud.

I am grateful for the experiences of today.

Visualize releasing all tension and worries.

Imagine each exhale taking stress away.

And by gently repeating,

I rest in peace and gratitude.

When ready,

Wiggle fingers and toes and open your eyes.
