Hey,

Make sure that you are comfortable,

Take a deep breath and breathe out and again,

Take a deep breath and feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper and as you exhale,

Let go of any tension or stress.

It's important to remember to take a moment to breathe and to be completely calm.

So we're going to forget about anything from the day and just be in the moment and be completely calm.

So take another deep breath and this time,

Imagine the calm,

Relaxing feeling is flowing in through your nose,

Covering your body and with every exhale,

Imagine you are blowing away any stress,

Any tension and allowing yourself to reach a deeper state of relaxation.

Any pressure that you're holding onto,

Any stress,

Just let it go and now that you're feeling more calm and more peaceful,

I can remind you to take a moment and relax.

Remember to take a deep breath and as you breathe in,

Bring positivity into your body and as you exhale,

Let go of negativity,

Simply blow it away out through your mouth.

Notice how your body begins to feel calm and each muscle begins to soften from your head.

You are releasing stress,

You are beginning to slow down your mind to your neck and shoulders,

Letting go of any tension you hold onto,

Down your arms,

Down your back,

Letting go of any tension in your muscles,

Through your stomach and down through your hips,

All the way down your legs to your feet and toes.

This feeling of calm and peace flowing from your head to your toes.

Any feelings,

Negative feelings left,

Just let them go.

As you take a deep breath,

You bring positivity in and as you exhale,

You let go of any negativity left in your body,

Leaving your body feeling relaxed and happy,

Comfortable in this moment as each of your muscles begin to unwind,

Each muscle sinking into the surface below you and allowing you to feel relaxed.

Take a deep breath and feel your body relax deeper and deeper and as you exhale,

Notice your muscles sinking deeper and deeper,

Feeling light as you rest in this moment.

You are calm,

You are relaxed,

You are completely comfortable right now.

Allow yourself to be peaceful,

Allow yourself to let go of any stress and just be calm and comfortable.

With every single breath,

You are relaxing deeper and deeper in this moment.

Allow yourself to be relaxed,

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts and be calm in this moment.
