This is a little reminder for you,

I want you to take a moment right now to remind yourself of all of the things that you have managed to get through in the past.
All of the moments that you didn't think you would be able to make it through,
Any struggles and all of the achievements.
Whenever you are having one of those days when you feel as though it's becoming too much and you don't know what to do or how you will ever feel good again,
I want you to just remind yourself that you have managed to get through 100% of your bad days and you will also get through this.
You have managed to get through 100% of your bad days and you will get through this.
You are stronger than you think.
You have been through so much and the fact that you are here right now listening to this tells me that you are so strong and that you are completely capable of getting through anything that comes your way.
So if those negative thoughts creep in at all,
I want you to take a moment,
Take some deep breaths,
Allow yourself to just empty your mind,
Release the negative thoughts,
Release any negative words and just repeat to yourself,
I am strong,
I will get through this and everything is going to be okay because everything will be okay.
Even if it feels hard in the time and it might feel like a struggle in that moment,
You will get through it and you will feel happy again.
Just change your mindset,
Release these negative thoughts and remind yourself that you will get through this and everything will be okay.
So if you are having a bad day right now,
I hope that this reminder can help you to take a moment,
Take a couple of deep breaths,
Allow yourself to fully relax and then remind yourself how strong you are.
Remind yourself that you will get through this and that everything is going to be okay.
