Hello,

Tonight I am going to be taking you through a guided sleep story.

On this guided experience,

I will be taking you to Croatia and to the sparkling bright waterfalls of Krakow National Park.

Before we begin,

Let's take a few moments to get comfortable in bed.

Make sure that you have a cosy,

Warm cover over you.

Notice your body beginning to sink into the mattress as you give yourself permission to fully relax.

Take some slow,

Relaxing breaths and as you exhale,

Let go of any tension that your body is holding onto.

Breathing in and out,

In and out.

And when you are ready,

Close your eyes.

We are here at the beautiful Krakow National Park,

Home to many magnificent waterfalls and the calm,

Flowing waters of the Krakow River.

This is a place where nature thrives,

With over 800 species of plant life smiling to the sun.

You walk along the footpath next to the glistening river,

Watching as it flows.

It gives you a deep feeling of relaxation as it flows softly from side to side,

Softly flowing from side to side.

It is a perfect 26 degrees in Croatia today.

You feel warm and comfortable as the bright golden sun is shaded by the trees as they subtly sway in the light breeze.

You take a deep breath in and smell the perfect natural smell from the water and the tall trees surrounding you.

The smell is fresh and the air is crystal clear.

As you breathe in,

You absorb this freshness and as you breathe out,

You release the hot air from your body.

Breathing in this fresh air and breathing out any hot air from your body,

You listen to the sounds of the chirping birds as they sing their happy song.

There are over 200 species of birds in the park.

Their tweeting sounds are soothing,

Reminding you of the beauty of nature and how lucky you are to be in such a magical and delightful place as you listen to the birds singing their song.

You reach the bubbling waterfall and you take a moment to appreciate this breathtaking view.

You watch the water drizzling down onto the rocks,

Slowly splashing and floating away into the river.

As you enjoy watching the beauty of nature,

You decide to take a dip into the clear and refreshing water.

Your first steps bring a cool and tranquil feeling to you and as you get fully into the water,

Your entire body feels this wonderful feeling from your head to your toes,

This wonderful feeling as you enter the water.

You find your inner calm as the cool water swishes around you,

Gracefully touching your skin.

You leave the water feeling refreshed and you decide to relax on the soft grass.

As you lay down,

All of your worries and all of your cares simply start to float away as you listen to the bubbling water of the waterfall.

You feel your worries and cares floating away as you breathe in and out,

Letting go of any stress.

Completely blissful,

Any stress has left your body,

All of your worries and cares have floated away and you are now calm and happy,

Laying here relaxed by the sparkling bright waterfalls of the dazzling Krakow National Park.
