Hey,
Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.
So I'm going to be speaking softly and just guiding you to relax for deep sleep.
So to begin,
Make sure that you are comfortable.
Make sure that you have somewhere to rest your head.
Something to make you feel warm,
Like a blanket or a quilt.
Allow yourself to close your eyes to enjoy this feeling of relaxation right now.
As you sink into the surface below you,
Feeling fully comfortable in this moment and knowing that all your worries and cares are floating away.
You can release all of your worries and all of your thoughts to allow your mind to be peaceful in this moment.
This moment is for you to sleep.
So for this time,
We are going to let go of any stress that you are holding onto and any worries.
So take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And now with your next deep inhale,
Bring relaxation in through your nose and let all your worries leave as you breathe out through your mouth.
Breathing in calm and breathing out tension and stress.
Letting it leave your body floating away,
Allowing you to be relaxed.
Allowing your mind to be calm right now.
Right now,
Your mind is completely calm,
Your thoughts are quiet and relaxed in this moment.
Your body is starting to feel more and more relaxed.
As your mind releases tension and your mind begins to be quiet and calm,
You notice that your head is feeling heavy,
Your head is feeling heavy and starting to sink into the cushion or pillow beneath it.
Your neck is releasing tension and is starting to feel relaxed.
Your shoulders are starting to unwind,
Feeling calm in this moment.
The pressure in your back is dissolving,
It's leaving you feeling relaxed.
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers are all relaxed in this moment.
Your stomach and hips are releasing any pressure,
Feeling calm.
Your legs from your thighs to your knees to your calves,
They are letting go of any strain from the day,
They are dissolving and feeling as though they are sinking into the surface below you.
And down to your feet and your toes,
They are releasing any pressure from the day and feeling completely relaxed.
Your body is fully calm from your head all the way down to your toes.
You notice that your breath is deeper.
Every single inhale is moving down through your chest to your stomach and every exhale is moving back up through your chest and out of your mouth.
Take a moment to notice the rise in your chest and stomach and the fall with every deep breath in and out.
As you breathe in and out,
Notice the rise and fall as you breathe in and out,
Breathing fully all the way down to your stomach as you breathe in and out,
Letting go of any remaining tension,
Any remaining stress or pressure until you are calm,
Until you can feel the peace running all the way from your head down to your toes.
This calm relaxation is flowing through your body,
Allowing you to switch off in this moment,
Allowing you to choose to be calm and relaxed,
Allowing your body to have this moment to let go of anything it was holding onto,
To be fully peaceful in your mind,
Just focusing on the rise and fall in your chest and stomach as you breathe in and out,
Breathe in and out,
And allow yourself to fall into a deep,
Calming sleep,
A deep sleep where you can enjoy this comfortable moment.
Your body is comfortable,
Your mind is relaxed,
You are simply here to fall asleep,
To let go of anything that is not important right now.
You can just enjoy this moment to fall asleep,
Being calm and knowing that you will enjoy this comfortable,
Deep sleep,
Enjoy your comfortable deep sleep,
Feeling fully relaxed in this moment.
You
