Good morning and welcome to this meditation.
To begin this morning mindfulness find a comfortable position,
Whether that's sitting or laying on your bed,
Sitting on the floor or in a chair,
Wherever is comfortable for you.
Rest your hands beside you or place them on your knees.
Allow yourself this time to be present in this moment.
Set aside any worries or concerns that you may have and simply take this time for you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Noticing the rhythm as you take these calming breaths in and out,
Naturally becoming more relaxed as you focus on the flow of your breath.
It is a new day.
A new day can be a new start to be motivated,
Productive and ready to take on anything that comes your way.
You have the ability to achieve whatever you desire.
You just need to prepare your mind and body for the opportunity of starting a new day with a fresh and positive outlook.
As any negative thoughts begin to come back to you throughout the day,
I want you to replace them with the positive affirmation of everything is okay.
If you feel stressed today,
Repeat to yourself,
Everything is okay.
If you feel anxious,
Then repeat,
Everything is okay.
Because everything really is okay.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,
Release any negativity.
As you start your day,
Remember that you already have the ability within you to be happy.
You already have the knowledge of how to bring calm,
Deep breaths into your body and let go of any anxiety or stress that you experience.
If you have any moments throughout the day that you begin to panic,
Just follow what you already know.
Take a deep breath,
Release any negative thoughts and repeat to yourself that everything is okay.
Return to this video whenever you need this calming reminder and I hope that this moment of mindfulness can help you to have an amazing day.
