Hey,

If you're here right now then I can assume that you're having a moment of high stress.

So something maybe has happened or maybe someone has upset you or annoyed you and you don't know what to do about it.

Well first of all,

Coming to this has been a decision that you've made to be calm,

So you should be proud that you have made that decision right now.

And I want you to take a moment to yourself to release this stress.

So take three deep breaths,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just empty your mind as you are breathing and notice that your body is beginning to relax with each deep breath that you take.

So again,

Breathing in and breathing out.

In and out.

And carry on with this breathing pattern.

Notice your body becoming more and more relaxed.

Stress can cause many emotional and physical problems to our bodies,

So it's so important to only allow yourself to feel stress towards things that really matter to your life and to your future.

So I want to ask you a question.

The person or the situation that has made you this angry or stressed,

Will this really matter to you and your life in five years time?

Ask yourself,

Will this situation really matter in five years?

And if it won't,

Then don't spend more than five minutes feeling stressed about this thing.

If this situation is something that needs to be fixed,

Then have a think about any logical ways that it can be fixed.

Ask your friends or family for advice,

But don't allow this feeling to affect you in such a negative way that it becomes a much bigger problem by adding more unnecessary stress to your life.

If you think of all of the moments in your life or over the past five years where you probably thought it would never get better and you probably had moments where you felt really angry or really stressed,

You made it through those times and you will make it through this too.

So don't allow this moment and this negativity to ruin your day or your week,

Your month or even your year.

Just take a few moments to be calm,

To understand what you're going to do next and then just let this stressful moment go.

So taking another deep breath in and as you exhale,

Imagine you are releasing this stress.

So you are breathing in relaxation and releasing the stress as you exhale.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out stress.

You are calm in this moment,

Your body is relaxed,

You are releasing this stress.

Remind yourself that everything will be okay,

You have got this.

I hope that this could help you to release this stress and don't forget you can always return here whenever you are feeling these feelings again.

Bye.
