Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Today we'll focus on grounding,

Gratitude,

And feeling present.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it go.

And again.

And out.

One more.

Big breath in.

Hold.

Sit more.

One more.

And out.

Feel the earth beneath you,

The floor,

The ground.

Feel your breath in your belly.

Notice your heartbeat.

Where I stand right now,

I'm on a really,

Really big stone right next to the river.

It's huge.

It covers a wide expanse.

And it feels like I'm on the shoreline as the river flows past me.

I can hear the wind rustling in the leaves and I see them gently dancing above.

Every now and then a few leaves fall and land on the water and float down and away.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

I feel so grateful for this present moment.

I feel so grateful for my body,

My breath,

My heartbeat.

I feel the sensations of gratitude start as warm energy in my heart.

I feel it in the front of my heart space.

I feel it in the back of my heart space.

I feel that gratitude fill up my entire center and then extending into my legs,

My arms,

My neck,

And head.

I feel my feet connected down.

I feel my head lifted up.

I am grounded.

And as I feel grounded,

I visualize roots growing deeper down into the earth.

I am grounded.

I am grounded.

I am grounded.

Roots growing deeper and deeper.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Beautiful work.

I am present.

I am here.

I am enough.

I am expansive.

I am.

I am.

I am.

So,

So good.

And take a deep breath in.

Let something go.

Last breath in.

And out.

Maybe you start to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Sway side to side,

Roll through your ankles,

Your wrists.

Come back to this present moment.

Thank you so much for joining me and meditating by the river.

I hope you take this grounding,

Grateful presence with you into the rest of your day and into the days ahead.

Much love to you.

I'll see you next time.

Namaste.
