This meditation helps you ground your energy, calm your nervous system, and return to a sense of stability, strength, and rooted peace.

Hi I'm Kai and welcome to this meditation.

Today we'll be focusing on grounding,

Feeling a grounded earth connection.

So let's start by getting comfortable.

Maybe you're sitting or lying down or maybe you're even standing.

This could be a really fun practice to stand and feel the soles of your feet really connecting down to the earth.

So choose your own adventure and then close your eyes and breathe in and out.

How can you be just like 10% more gentle?

Breathe in.

Feel the ground beneath you.

So maybe that starts by feeling what supports you.

Maybe it's a yoga mat or a chair or something soft.

And then maybe you imagine the floor.

Then maybe you imagine the earth beneath it.

And as you imagine it you start to notice how the earth is solid and here for you always.

Really give yourself a moment to sit in that energy feeling held,

Supported,

Taken care of.

Because you are safe,

Held,

Supported,

And taken care of here on this earth.

Maybe you visualize roots growing deeper down into the soil.

Maybe you're picturing beams of energy that connect your body and the soil and all the other natural things in this earth.

Maybe there's a moment for you where you just feel this innate connection and stability,

Deeply nourished by earth energy.

Maybe you allow that feeling to enter your heart space.

Maybe you feel it expand as you breathe in and out.

Let's start to visualize together.

Let's visualize trees.

Maybe for you it's one tree.

Maybe it's a couple.

Maybe the tree is small.

Maybe you've got a couple big trees.

Maybe for you it's a whole forest.

Maybe your trees are still.

Maybe the leaves are blowing in the breeze.

But either way get really specific.

Notice how solid the bark on the tree is.

Notice the color of the leaves.

Really allow yourself to tune in.

And then notice the soil beneath your feet.

Soil underneath you and your hands.

Feel a gentle breeze.

Inhale fresh grounding energy.

Exhale anything that no longer serves.

Inhale that fresh energy.

Exhale any tension.

Continuing to breathe in and out gently.

Letting the earth's energy flow up into you.

Bringing calm and balance.

Continuing to breathe gently.

Continuing to feel fully supported.

Nature embracing you.

And start to bring your awareness back into your body.

Finding some gentle movements maybe in your shoulders and your face and your hands and your feet.

And we'll close our practice with grounding breath.

Really sealing in the peaceful grounding energy we cultivated today.

Breathe in and out.

One more beautiful big breath in and out.
