Hi and welcome to this meditation.
I'm Kai and today we're focusing on just resetting our energy.
This is your gentle energy reset.
You've done all the work you need to do,
You showed up,
You pressed start,
And now I encourage you to just sit back,
Relax,
Soften,
And receive.
Breathe in and out.
So just go ahead and get comfortable and if you're already in a comfortable position maybe you make your final adjustments,
Get out your last few wiggles so that you can really be completely still.
I know that as we move through the practice if you need to adjust your posture in any way,
You can.
So close your eyes and take a really deep but slow and gentle breath and just as gently let that breath go.
Another breath in and let it go.
Keep breathing slowly and gently on your own.
Know that your presence is enough,
You're doing enough,
You are enough,
This moment is enough,
All you have to do is soften and be present.
Opening up your mind,
Opening your heart to receive,
Receive loving wise energy,
Letting that energy flow through you.
And as the energy flows through you,
You feel tension leaving your body with every exhale.
Maybe you start to notice it as you relax the muscles in your face,
In your legs,
In your belly,
In your shoulders,
Maybe you feel your eyes relax,
Your mind relaxes too.
And you'll start to feel your palms,
It might feel good to bring your palms together or rub them together or you can just be still with it too but feel the energy in your palms.
Feel warmth here.
Imagining and visualizing healing energy flowing into your palms and through your palms,
Out of the palms of your hands and maybe you place your hands on your body somewhere,
It could be on your heart,
On your arms,
On your belly,
On your legs,
Just find a place for each hand that feels right for you and allow the healing energy to flow through your body.
Knowing that this wise energy knows exactly where to go,
All you have to do is soften and receive.

I am focused.
I am clear.

Inhale peace.
Exhale anything that doesn't serve.
Feel this peaceful,
Expansive,
Wise energy filling every cell of your body.
Feel the parts of you that are connected to your seat,
Your mat,
The earth,
Just feel that connection down,
Feel that grounding down and allow yourself to ground this healing energy into you.
Breathing in,
I.
Breathing out,
Receive.
Receive.
Plank your eyes open,
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your shoulders and allow yourself to carry this renewed energy into the rest of your day.
