Find a sunny spot outside or inside by a window.
And if you're not able to find the sun right now,
Maybe you just use your imagination.
Whatever you choose,
Get comfortable and we'll begin.
Starting by feeling.
The floor beneath you,
The ground beneath you,
The seat.
Whatever holds you up right now,
Just feel your connection to it.
Feel the energy in the base of your spine grounding down.
And feel the warm sun on your skin.
Feel yourself soaking up the warm,
Loving light.
Breathe in,
Fill up your belly.
Pull it up to your heart,
And then let it go.
Into your belly.
Up to your heart.
And out.
One last deep,
Slow breath in the sun into your belly.
Up to your heart.
And let it go.
