So go ahead and find your sunny spot.
Maybe you're sitting outside feeling the warm sun on your skin.
Maybe you're sitting next to a window that's catching the light,
Or maybe you're using your imagination.
Whatever you choose.
Get comfortable.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Big breath in.
Longer breath out.
So,
So good.
Rest your palms face up,
Maybe on your knees or maybe you just float your hands out for a moment so that your palms can be face up in this gesture of receiving.
Specifically feeling the warmth of the sun on your palms.
What does it feel like today?
Is it intense?
Is it diffused by clouds?
Or cool breeze.
Is the sunlight constant or.

?
Are there shadows with moving clouds coming in and out?
Notice what it feels like.
To let your palms soak up the sun.
Now bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly.
Almost as if you're taking those reserves of sunlight you soaked up in your palms and you're pressing them into your body now.
Breathe into your belly.
Up to your heart and out.
Into your belly.
Up to your heart,
And out.

You can bring your hands down maybe onto your legs or onto the floor and just take a moment to ground and be still.
You are safe to soak up the loving light.
