Hi I'm Kai and welcome to this meditation.
Today we're focusing on just a really quick seven chakra check-in.
So it's just a quick scan through your seven energy centers along your spine and it's a really good practice for anyone that is already familiar with connecting with your energy,
Already familiar with the seven chakras.
It's a quick hit and it's focused on just like being present with sensation and letting that be enough.
So if you're ready for this quick check-in,
Get comfortable.
You can sit or lie down,
Find what feels good for you,
And when you get there take a deep breath in.
Let's go ahead and start moving energy.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
Great work.
Let's start at the very top of your head.
Breathe in and out.
The color is white.
One breath in,
One breath out.
Now down between your eyebrows.
Breathe in and out.
The color is indigo.
Final breath here.
In and out.
Moving down between your collarbones.
Breathe in and out.
The color is blue.
Breathe in and out.
Down to your heart space.
Breathe in and out.
The color is green.
Breathe in and out.
Moving down just below your ribcage.
Breathe in and out.
The color is yellow,
A golden yellow light.
Breathing in and out.
Now down just below your belly button.
Breathe in and out.
The color is orange.
Breathe in and out.
And now down to the base of your spine.
The color is red.
You've got two slow breaths.
In,
Moving up.
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
White.
Moving down,
White,
Indigo,
Blue,
Green,
Yellow,
Orange,
Red.
Feeling your connection to your energy along your spine and acknowledge if there are any spaces that are maybe pulling your attention or asking for more attention or if you just notice something,
A sensation.
And as you are allowing yourself to be honest and curious,
How can you practice being loving and gentle at the same time?

Feel the energy rise from the base of your spine to the top of your head,
Rising as you breathe in,
Grounding as you breathe out.
