Transcript

Get comfortable.

Whether you are seated or lying down,

Allow your whole body to relax and let go.

Allow your arms to relax by your side.

And just feel your entire body slowly dissolve.

Allow the eyes to close.

This is your time now.

So leave all of your worries,

Your concerns at the door.

And simply allow yourself to relax into the flow of this moment.

There is only right here,

Right now.

So let your thoughts of the day disappear.

Notice if there is any sound outside or inside of the room.

Just acknowledge them and let them go.

Now tell your body to relax.

Let your feet and legs soften into position.

Drop your shoulders.

Relax your hands.

Allow the face to be soft.

Allow your full body to soften down and relax into a natural,

Comfortable position.

Now take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose.

Feel that belly rise and expand.

And then slowly open the mouth and let it go.

Letting go of any tension in your body.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose.

Feel that belly expand and get big.

When you can take in no more air,

See if you can take in one more sip of oxygen.

And slowly open mouth exhale.

Let it go with a sigh.

Letting go of tension in the body.

Now allow your breath to fall into its own natural rhythm.

Letting go of any control of your breathing.

And now notice your breath again.

And become super aware of what it feels like to breathe.

Notice the cool sensation as it goes in through your nose,

Down the back of your throat,

And into your lungs.

And then notice as it leaves again back through your throat and nose.

As you're aware of your breath,

Allow it to be in its natural rhythm.

Just observe as it moves in and out of your body.

In and out of your body.

Acknowledge any random thoughts that come into your mind and let them go.

Continue to bring your awareness back to your breath,

In and out,

In and out.

If thoughts are true,

Just acknowledge them.

Allow them to flow on by and bring your awareness back to your breathing.

With every inhalation,

Feel yourself breathing in relaxation.

And as you exhale,

Let go of tension.

Inhale relaxation and exhale all of your tension.

Allow that to be a mantra.

With every in-breath,

You breathe in relaxation.

With every out-breath,

Your shoulders drop,

Your body relaxes,

You let go of tension.

Continue breathing in relaxation and breathing out tension.

Notice the chest and stomach as they gently rise and fall with every breath.

Become aware of how your body is feeling.

How calm and gentle your breathing has become.

How relaxed your body feels.

Continue to watch your breath.

In and out,

In and out.

Breathing in relaxation.

Breathing out tension.

And as you drift off,

Allow my voice to bring your attention back to your breathing.

Just watching your natural breathing rhythm as it comes in,

As it goes out.

Breathing in and out.

Allowing the relaxation to flow in and out.

Think of a person that you wish to let go of,

Or cut off from,

Or forgive.

It might be someone who is presently in your life,

Or maybe not anymore.

They might be near to you or far away.

It might even be someone from your past.

Doesn't matter.

Just visualize this person standing in front of you.

See them clearly in your mind's eye.

And now think of your reasons for letting this person or issue leave your life.

It may be because the person or situation harms your well-being,

Or causes you to feel negative emotions,

Or simply because it's time to let go of the situation once and for all.

Let yourself feel all the emotions attached to the situation and the person.

Even if it's uncomfortable,

Put yourself in that space of feeling.

Now bring your attention to your solar plexus,

Your stomach area.

Visualize a fine silvery energy cord that reaches from your solar plexus to their solar plexus.

This silver cord creates the link,

The attachment to each other.

See it radiate and pulsate as it feeds the energy connection.

Every time you even think about this person or be in contact with this person,

The link between you is being strengthened.

Now imagine that you have a big pair of golden scissors in your hands and visualize yourself cutting through this energy cord with the scissors.

If it's challenging to do so the first time,

Do it again with emotional strength behind it,

Detaching yourself from this person,

Dissolving the connection consciously.

You're now completely detached from this person.

See this person in your mind's eye and surround them with a healing green light.

Wish them well.

Bless them with love and forgiveness for their journey.

And watch them turn around and walk away,

Moving on down their path.

Feel the release around your solar plexus and I want you to pull any remaining energy back into your solar plexus.

Cover and seal your solar plexus chakra with yellow light,

Telling yourself,

I bring all my energy back to me.

You are safe.

You are protected.

You hold your own power with love.

Now let yourself be aware of any feelings or heaviness that might be left over in your body,

In your energy field,

In your emotional field and visualize yourself under a gentle waterfall or shower of silver light.

Let this light pour over you,

Through you and out through your hands and feet and every orifice,

Clearing and cleansing your energy field of any negative residue.

Now bring your attention to your chest area.

Here you can see a little green light,

The emerald green of the heart chakra.

Gently breathe into your heart,

Letting it soften with each breath.

Allow the green light to expand,

To get brighter,

To gently swirl in your chest.

And as you breathe out,

Let go of any tension in your heart.

Allow it all to leave your heart with every out breath.

Notice any negative emotions from your heart center that have been wearing you down.

Allow yourself to feel these emotions as they leave your body.

Feel the pain and let it go with each out breath.

Release all pain,

Release unforgiveness,

Release the anger,

The grief,

The self-loathing,

The loss,

The regret.

Just let go with every exhale.

Understand that it's natural to feel these emotions and it's healthy to feel them deeply and then let them go.

With every exhalation,

Allow it all to leave the heart center to make space for love.

As you let go of the past,

You realize there's no mistakes,

Only lessons and growth as you move forward.

Continuous cycles of learning and growing,

Situations and people entering your life and leaving again when the purpose is served.

Everyone we meet is for a lesson.

Everything is happening in the right way and at the right time.

And just as the body needs time to heal from illness,

The heart and soul need time to heal from hurt,

Pain,

Anger,

A gradual process of growing and healing.

So for now in this moment of time,

Let go of any hurt in your heart.

Make room to invite in another little bit of peace and healing,

New and beautiful people and situations.

Bring your awareness back to your heart chakra,

Gently swirling,

Ready to invite in some beautiful emerald green light,

The color of spring.

Bathe your heart center with this light with nourishment,

Renewal and healing.

Let your heart take what it needs and tell yourself,

I easily forgive myself and others.

I lovingly forgive myself.

They are free and I am free.

All is well in my heart now.

I allow myself to give and receive love freely.

Fill up your heart center with the green light.

Allow it to heal you with every inhalation.

This green light brings you deep love,

Compassion and balance.

As you breathe in,

Allow that light to expand and fill up your entire chest area.

You are loved.

You are free.

You're back to center.

This is the chakra of love for yourself and others.

Let it glow,

Bringing gifts of compassion,

Self-acceptance and the ability to love deeply.

Breathe in the color green and let these feelings of compassion,

Self-acceptance and love expand.

Seeing yourself living in perfect harmony with everyone in your life.

Let your heart fill with gratitude for this opportunity to live in this beautiful world.

Fill your heart swell with compassion and forgiveness of yourself and others.

With every inhalation,

Allow this beautiful green light to fill your heart,

To radiate through your body,

To fill every little space and to heal every cell that it fills.

Let the light fill your heart and body until it's overflowing,

Until you have so much more than you need,

Until you can spread your light and love back out again with the world,

Drawing it in through your heart chakra on an inhale and letting it flow back out on an exhale in a beautiful cycle.

Stay here,

Allow yourself to breathe in this beautiful green healing light,

Dissolving any negative feelings and exhaling love and light out into the world.

Now I'd like you to bring your awareness back to your heart center and just visualize your heart chakra closing down little by little into the size of a fairy light,

Back to its normal function.

Bring your awareness once again to the flow of your breath,

In and out,

In and out.

Feel the cool breath in your nose and your throat.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly as you breathe.

Begin to notice any sounds in the room,

Any sounds outside of the room.

And notice that space where your body connects to the world around you,

Whether in a seat or on the floor,

And just notice the feeling of being in your body.

And now notice the fingers and toes and give them a little wiggle.

Roll out the wrists,

The ankles,

Maybe turn the head side to side.

Give the shoulders a little shrug.

And deepen your breath.

Let's take a cleansing breath together.

Inhale through the nose.

Feel that belly rise and expand.

And then open mouth exhale.

Let it go with a sigh.

With every breath you're feeling more awake,

More centered,

More energetic.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Nice big cleansing breath.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing yourself back to the present moment,

Back to the room.

Just noticing how good you feel.

Take your time.

There's no rush.

Just bask in this feeling of love and peace.

I loved this meditation- I had an issue with the music. I’m hsp and have a sensitivity to high pitched music. The notes of the guitar and what sounded like a flute hurt my brain and made it hard to listen and relax. I’d love to return to this meditation but may not be able to because of my noise sensitivity

Find this does help me alot daily after going through alot of hurt, anger even hateful feelings because of acouple of people trying to make life as difficult as possible.
