Hello,
My love.
In today's meditation,
You are going to connect to the infinite well of love that lives inside of your heart.
So find a comfortable seat,
Or perhaps even lie your amazing body down to allow yourself to fully relax.
Shut down your eyes,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And open mouth exhale.
Let it go with a sigh,
Letting go of your day,
Your thoughts,
Any worries or concerns.
You can let them go with the breath,
So let's do that one more time.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Feel your belly rise and expand,
And when you can take in no more air,
Open mouth exhale.
Let it all go with a sigh,
Letting go of any doubts,
Worries,
Or insecurities.
This space is for you to relax,
For you to let go,
And for you to connect with your heart,
For you to raise your vibration,
And for you to feel unconditional love.
So first,
You'll continue to breathe,
All you need to do is breathe,
Isn't that nice?
The inhalation and the exhalation,
The rise and fall of your belly,
The lifting and lowering of your chest,
The natural rhythm that your body falls into without you even trying.
Just breathe slow,
Rhythmic,
Natural breath,
You're doing amazing,
Just being present with your body,
With your breath,
And with your beautiful heart that's beating in your chest.
Bring your awareness to your heart,
Feel your heart beating in your chest.
Allow yourself to feel a sense of gratitude for your heart that beats for you every moment of every day,
Just for you.
There is nothing that you need to do to keep your heart beating,
Except for your breath,
So just keep breathing in through your nose and out through your nose,
Feeling gratitude for your heart beating in your chest,
For your lungs pumping in your chest.
Feel gratitude for all of the various organs inside of your body that know what to do without any conscious effort on your part.
Your body knows exactly what to do to keep you well.
Allow yourself to feel gratitude for your heart,
For all of the organs inside of you.
Feel gratitude for your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
And the warm embrace that they allow you to give and receive from those that you care about,
And bring someone to mind that you love,
That you adore,
Someone that you care about deeply.
Deeply.
See this person clearly in your mind's eye,
And allow that warmth,
That love,
To fill your chest.
Allow that warmth to radiate to every part of your body,
From the top of your head down to the bottoms of your feet.
Feel the warmth,
The love,
The love,
The gratitude expanding and filling every area of your body.
And now,
Imagine that this warmth,
This love,
This gratitude could expand outside of your body,
Filling the room that you are in.
Feel the love,
The warmth in your heart,
In your chest,
Multiply,
Expand,
Grow larger to fill the space that you are in.
There is an unending well of love that lives inside of you,
And you get to tap into it at any time that you desire.
You can turn up the intensity of love inside of your body,
And share it with those around you.
And now,
You're going to expand and allow the love inside of your heart to fill the entire building that you are in.
It's easy,
It's effortless for you to feel more love,
For you to bring more love into your world.
And I invite you to feel the warmth growing,
To see this energy filling the room and filling the building that you are in.
And now,
You're going to allow your love to expand outward,
Extending down the street that you are on,
Expanding and covering the entire town or city that you are in.
This is easy and effortless and natural for you to feel more and more love,
And to share it with all of those around you.
Feel how easy it is for you to expand,
To open,
To allow the good feelings in your heart to cover the entire country that you are in.
See your love expanding outward,
Getting bigger and bigger and bigger,
Until it encircles the entire planet.
This infinite well of love in your chest is never-ending.
The more you give,
The more there is for you to give.
Continue to breathe,
Continue to offer your love to every corner.
Feel your own body getting lighter,
Warmer,
More expansive,
As you continuously bring more love through your heart out into the world.
The more love you allow yourself to give,
The more love you allow yourself to feel,
And the more love you allow yourself to receive.
The more love that you give,
The more love that you receive.
Repeat after me,
Silently,
The more love that I give,
The more love that I receive.
The more love that I give,
The more love that I receive.
The more love that I give,
The more love that I receive.
And breathe,
Allowing yourself to feel this big,
Infinite,
Infinite well of love that lives deep inside of you,
That you can tap into in any moment that you desire.
And now that you have felt the bigness of love that is available to you,
For you,
In every single moment,
You're going to bring your energy and your awareness back into your body and back into your room.
And so,
Starting in this expanded place where your love is encircling the planet,
You'll pull back so that your love is now encircling the country that you are in.
And you'll pull back a little bit more so that your love is encircling the city or the town that you are in.
You'll pull your energy back to the street that you are on,
To the house or the building that you are in,
Coming back into the room that you are in.
And then finally,
Bring all of your love back into your heart,
Back into your chest,
And back into your body,
Feeling so good,
So calm,
And so filled up with love.
You always have this infinite well of love that lives inside of you that you can tap into in any moment that you can choose to expand outward as big as you would like.
There is no limit to the amount of love that you can feel.
So,
Let yourself feel the bigness of your love.
I'm going to leave you in this space,
Feeling entirely loved,
Filled with love.
You can stay here for as long as you desire.
You can come back to this space whenever you desire,
Because this space,
This love,
Love lives inside of you.
