Sooo many emotions I have tears streaming down my face my soul mate is not my husband….. he’s someone so special, beautiful , but we can’t be together our love could’ve moved mountains but I’m stuck married to a non believer of souls tied to him w a child and when I see my soulmate it’s like my heart sings (corny as that sounds ) I need to love myself that way … how ???

I loved this meditation. The part of the breathing was exactly what I needed and the other part allowed me to release all my emotions and fears. It would have been okay if there was more time for the part when you have to imagine the room, though. It was kinda fast, so my room was half done and I was kinda embarrassed when my soulmate came in because of my lack of imagination
