Sit down or lie down and close your eyes.
Allow yourself to be completely comfortable as you let go of your day and let go of your thoughts.
And just become aware of your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your belly.
And with every exhale,
Allow any tension in the body to disappear.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel your belly rise and expand,
And then hold the breath on the top.
See if you can take in one more sip of air.
And then let go of the breath with a sigh,
Letting go of any tension in the body.
Let's do that again.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel the belly expand,
The shoulders rise,
Hold the breath at the top,
Perhaps take in one more sip of air.
And then open mouth exhale,
Let it go with a sigh.
Let's do that one more time.
Deep breath in,
Your deepest breath yet.
Hold the breath at the top and open mouth exhale,
Let it go with a sigh,
Let go of any remaining tension in your body.
And just notice how good it feels to be present with your breath,
Acknowledging the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
And now I want you to imagine yourself in a beautiful room.
It's the most beautiful room you've ever seen in your life.
Allow your subconscious mind to bring forth the images as you walk around the room.
You notice what's hanging on the walls.
You touch the beautiful furniture.
You notice the floor underneath you and allow all of your senses to take in this beautiful space.
And as you walk around the room,
You notice a place you'd like to sit.
Walk to that place now and have a seat.
And allow the feelings of peacefulness and contentment to fill your body.
Feel complete bliss where you are.
Feel complete acceptance of who you are in this moment and allow yourself to breathe in the beauty of everything that is around you.
Look around the room and smile and just notice how good it feels to be in this space.
And suddenly you hear someone enter the room.
You look over and you see someone walking towards you.
And it's not so much what you see but what you can feel.
You feel this person in your heart and in your soul.
You feel chills run up and down your body as your soul recognizes that this is your soulmate.
This is the person you've been waiting for.
This is the person you've been doing all this work for.
This is your soul's recognition in another.
Allow yourself to feel these feelings of excitement,
Of recognition,
Of acceptance,
And love.
And as this person comes closer to you,
You stand up and embrace.
And you can feel his heart beating in his chest so close to yours.
You can feel his arms wrap around you.
And within his embrace you feel safe.
You feel seen.
You feel recognized.
You feel supported.
You feel cherished.
You feel adored.
You feel treasured.
You feel loved.
You know that this person sees,
Accepts,
And loves the real you.
With this person you can be yourself.
With this person you can communicate anything that's on your mind.
With this person you can express your fears and vulnerabilities.
You can bring them to the light and together you'll dissolve them.
Allow yourself to feel the feelings.
Allow yourself to feel the heart connection.
Allow yourself to feel the soul connection.
Allow yourself to be in this space where you feel so loved and so seen and so adored.
You can come back to this space whenever you desire and you can connect in with the energy of your soulmate.
For it does not matter what he or she looks like,
But how you feel when you're with this person.
So I invite you to take these feelings,
Bring them into your body and allow them to carry you through your day today.
And throughout your day just close your eyes and come back to this space where you feel the connection of your soul and the soul of your soulmate.
Stay here as long as you desire and when you're ready just open your eyes.
