Close your eyes,
Let go of your day and focus on your breath.
Let's take a deep breath in through your nose and open mouth exhale.
Twice more,
Deep breath in and open mouth exhale.
One more time,
Inhale and open mouth exhale.
Now just breathe in and out of your nose,
Allowing yourself to be present in your body where you are.
Now I invite you to place your hands on your heart and bring your awareness,
Your attention,
Your energy down into your heart.
Whenever you feel like you're getting too caught up in your mind and your ego,
I invite you to breathe deep,
Place your hands on your heart and bring your awareness down into your heart and feel your heart beating in your chest.
Bring some gratitude into your body that your heart beats,
Your lungs pump,
You don't even have to try to stay alive.
So feel some gratitude for your heart,
Feel some gratitude to your body,
Some gratitude for your mind and gratitude for your life.
I want you to simply focus on all of your blessings.
What is it that you have to be grateful for in this moment?
Knowing that what you focus on expands.
So put your attention on what you're grateful for,
What you appreciate,
All of the blessings you already have.
Be in this space for a moment.
And now that you're feeling this gratitude in your body,
I want you to ask your heart a question.
What is it that I most need to hear today?
And just listen.
And sometimes your heart has a lot to say.
Sometimes it's just a word or a phrase,
But really honor this time for you to hearing the wisdom and the knowledge of your heart,
The center of your emotions,
Where your loving energy lives.
That's the voice I want you to listen to.
Not the brain,
Not the ego,
Not your fears,
But bring it down into your heart.
Listen to your heart.
Now,
If there are any other questions you want to ask your heart,
A topic,
Something on your mind,
Keep your awareness on your heart,
Feel those feelings of gratitude,
Then ask any other questions that you have that you want the answer to.

Your heart has so much wisdom,
But you have to be the one to decide to listen.
To listen to love instead of fear.
To listen to love instead of your worries and your anxieties.

Take the wisdom of your heart up into your head,
