Sit down or lie down and close your eyes.
Allow yourself to be completely comfortable as you let go of your day and let go of your thoughts.
And just become aware of your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your belly.
And with every exhale,
Allow any tension in the body to disappear.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel your belly rise and expand.
And then hold the breath on the top.
See if you can take in one more sip of air.
And then let go of the breath with a sigh.
Letting go of any tension in the body.
Let's do that again.
Take a deep breath in.
Feel the belly expand,
The shoulders rise.
Hold the breath at the top.
Perhaps take in one more sip of air.
And then open mouth exhale,
Let it go with a sigh.
Let's do that one more time.
Deep breath in.
Your deepest breath yet.
Hold the breath at the top.
And open mouth exhale.
Let it go with a sigh.
Let go of any remaining tension in your body.
Just notice how good it feels to be present with your breath.
Acknowledging the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
And now I'd like you to imagine any money memory that you still have that holds an energetic charge for you.
Allow any money memory to come to the surface.
Allow your subconscious mind to bring forth any memories that you have that hold an energetic connection in your body.
Any negative stories,
Any painful stories,
Stories that are hard to relive.
Just allow these images to bubble up from your subconscious mind.
And then as these images are bubbling up,
Take a mental snapshot and place the snapshot on a table in front of you.
And allow this process to continue as the memories come up,
Take a mental snapshot and place that picture on the table in front of you.
You might only have one or two images.
You might have 10 or 20.
Whatever is coming up for you is absolutely perfect.
And the more you do this meditation,
You'll most likely have less pictures each and every time.
And so now look at all the images on the table in front of you and allow yourself to feel whatever feelings these images and these memories bring up.
And remember that you're safe here and it's okay.
This is a safe space for you to simply be present with all of your history around money,
With all of your memories around money,
And with all of the feelings that money brings up for you.
And as you're looking at all of these snapshots,
All of these money memories,
I want you to take one person from each memory and put them on stage.
And I invite you to also put yourself on stage because I'm sure you're involved in these money memories as well.
So from these images,
They'll come to life.
You'll take at least one person from the image and you'll put them up on stage.
See everyone on stage clearly in your mind's eye,
Including yourself,
Put yourself on the stage.
And then looking at everybody on stage,
Including yourself,
I want you to repeat after me either out loud or in your head.

And then see everyone on stage,
Including yourself dissolve into a beautiful white healing light of forgiveness.
And allow all of those feelings you have around money that are negatively charged to fade away into that white healing light.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And now from this space,
Just allow yourself to feel good.
Allow yourself to feel the peace that forgiveness brings.
Allow yourself to feel light and joyful and open.
And from this moment forward,
You get to choose how you want to feel when it comes to money.
So decide now in this moment,
How do you want to feel when I say the word money?
What type of experiences would you like to have when it comes to money?
And from this moment forward,
Decide that you are going to feel a different way when it comes to money.
That you will continue to choose forgiveness.
When it comes to negative energy around money.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Repeat after me either out loud or in your head.
I feel safe when it comes to my finances.
I feel good when I think about money.
I am excited for what the future holds for me.
My next money miracle is as close as my next breath.
I am abundant.
I am prosperous.
I am wealthy.
I am always in the right place at the right time.
Everything is always working out for me.
Now take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Do that again.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Come back into the room.
And remember that you can choose to let go of any money memory that does not excite you.
That does not thrill you.
That does not make you feel good.
You can choose forgiveness.
You can do this meditation as often as you desire.
And remember you can have everything your heart desires and more.
