Getting into a comfortable position and starting to bring your attention inward and close your
eyes if that feels good to you or simply lower your gaze and starting to bring your attention
to your breath.
Breathing deeply into your lower belly.
Letting go on the exhale.
Maybe
moving or stretching your body.
Allowing it to settle.
Inviting any tension to softly release
and coming in to stillness.
Breathing and arriving into your body.
And now just bringing your attention down to your root.
The base of your body.
Your pelvic
bowl area.
And just begin to invite your breath into this area.
This part of your being.
Allowing
it to draw you even deeper down.
Deeper into your body.
And as you do,
Feeling roots begin to grow
down from your root.
Down into the earth.
Allowing them to bury down into the nourishment,
The
grounding,
The support and holding of Mother Earth.
Letting them go as deep,
As far,
As wide as feels
good for you today.
To truly anchor you,
Hold you and support you.
With every breath,
Feeling them
go down.
Creating a strong foundation for you.
And now allowing your roots to continue grounding
and holding you.
Feeling that support,
That anchoring.
And then beginning to bring your
attention to your heart space.
To your beautiful,
Wise heart.
You might like to place one or both of your
hands on it,
If that feels good.
As you gently begin to bring your awareness to it.
Noticing its energy,
How
it feels.
Maybe feeling its beat in your chest.
And getting closer,
Really feeling your heart.
Breathing in
softness and holding,
Compassion.
Letting any emotions rise and just sitting present with your heart for
a moment.
And now inviting you to tune into your heart and ask,
What do you need today?
And just holding space
for its answer.
And if nothing comes,
That's always fine.
And now just taking another deep breath into your
beautiful heart.
And allowing it to expand into the rest of your body.
Bringing you back into yourself.
And when you
feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes and bring yourself back into this present moment.
