So just finding a comfortable seated or lying position and you're welcome to close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Just beginning to bring your awareness inside,
Away from the external world and just beginning to arrive into your body.
Breathing into your lower belly and letting go on the exhale,
Just beginning to allow your body to soften.
Maybe noticing if you're holding on anywhere,
If there's any tightness and maybe moving a little bit,
Adjusting just to allow in some more softness,
A little more spaciousness.
Allowing your body to let go just a little bit more and just really deepening into your breath,
Bringing it deeper down into your body.
Really breathing into the lower part of your body,
Into your root chakra,
Your hip area and then inviting the breath to begin to spiral down.
Imagining it spiral down into the earth,
Creating roots,
Creating a connection,
A foundation,
Really anchoring you into the physical.
Just allowing your breath,
Your roots to anchor you and hold you,
Really supporting you in this moment.
Now from this place,
We're going to invite a powerful younger version of you to come forward.
A younger version of you that has something for you to share with you in some way when it comes to embodying the power that you already carry.
So just being totally open to who comes forward,
However old they are and in whatever way,
Inviting a younger you to come forward right now.
And so just noticing how they appear,
Perhaps greeting them,
Acknowledging them,
Thanking them and just spend a minute connecting again,
Reminding yourself of this younger version of you who is also you.
And as you reconnect with younger you,
This powerful younger you,
Do they have anything that they would like to show you?
What are they here to remind you of?
Just allow yourself to receive whatever it is they would like to share,
Allowing them to lead you,
To guide you.
And how can you embody more of their gifts,
Their talents,
Their power moving forward?
And is there anything else you need to know right now that will support you to embody more of your power?
And so just beginning to thank this younger version of you and if it feels good and true,
Letting them know you'll be back.
But also perhaps asking them where they'd like to stay,
To be,
To be held moving forward,
Maybe they want to sit in your heart,
Maybe they're happy just to go off,
Just allowing them to lead you and guide you again.
And so just deeply breathing in this experience,
Allowing yourself to feel it in every single cell in your body,
Allowing the energy to spiral into your chakras,
Into the centre of your being.
And then beginning to root it down,
Down through your roots,
Really grounding it into the physical,
Just allowing yourself to remember this part of your power.
And then just slowly beginning to feel yourself back in your physical body,
Maybe moving,
Stretching a little bit.
And when you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes and bring yourself back.
