So just finding a comfortable seated or lying position and you're welcome to close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Just beginning to bring your awareness inside.
Away from the external world.
And just beginning to arrive into your body.
Breathing into your lower belly.
And letting go on the exhale.
Just beginning to allow your body to soften.
Maybe noticing if you're holding on anywhere.
If there's any tightness.
And maybe moving a little bit,
Adjusting.
Just to allow in some more softness,
A little more spaciousness.
Allowing your body to let go just a little bit more.
And just really deepening into your breath.
Bringing it deeper down into your body.
Allowing the breath to soften.
To nourish.
And to support you.
As you arrive into this moment.
And now from the lower part of your body,
Maybe your root chakra area,
Maybe your feet.
Just imagine roots beginning to grow down into the earth beneath you.
Allowing your roots to go down as deep and as far and as wide as feels good today.
To really anchor you,
Support you.
Creating a connection with the earth.
This foundation to support you.
And now really beginning to bring your awareness to your root chakra area.
And the space at your hips.
Your pelvic bowl area.
And just starting to breathe into this part of your body.
And just beginning to notice how it feels.
Without expectation or judgement.
With every breath allowing it to get a little softer.
A little more open.
And then starting to bring your awareness even closer to your root area.
Maybe even taking yourself inside your body.
Right into your root.
And just beginning to notice it from this perspective.
How your root feels.
What you notice.
And just fully,
Fully receiving it.
And now inviting your root to show you your creative power.
Just being open to whatever this might be.
Whatever it looks like,
Feels like.
Even sounds or tastes like.
And now just acknowledging what that was.
And now from within your root chakra.
Imagine it has like a heart valve,
A heart pump.
This heart valve,
This heart pump.
And draw down roots which can connect to something.
And then draw that back up.
So from within your root,
See this heart beginning to draw roots down.
And these roots are going to connect to somewhere,
Something,
Anything at all.
Where there's something for you,
To support you.
So just imagine those roots going down.
Connecting to something,
Somewhere,
Anything at all that will support you.
And just know and trust that they will go where they're needed today.
And so maybe they connect into love,
Nourishment,
Support.
Maybe something else.
Allowing your roots to connect to this.
And then just beginning to draw up what it is that you need.
Feeling that root really,
Really absorb it.
Fully up into your root chakra area,
Your hips.
The lower part of your body.
And just allow yourself to receive this fully.
Drawing up what you need.
And then feeling it go into the rest of your body.
Filling you up.
Nourishing you,
Supporting you,
Giving you,
Whatever it is.
Allowing it to overflow into every single cell.
Knowing the root heart,
Your heart root can draw up and support you with whatever it is.
So just allowing yourself to receive this fully.
And then when that feels complete,
Just slowly noticing how you feel.
Knowing that your roots from your root chakra area can go into anywhere else at any other time.
But for now,
Just slowly bringing yourself back into your body.
Taking a moment to come back.
And just feeling the temperature of the air in your skin.
And bringing in some movement.
Really starting to feel yourself in your body.
Maybe moving your hips,
Swirling them.
Allowing yourself to come back.
And when you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes and bring yourself back.
