In this guided visualisation, you are invited to reconnect with the energy, essence, and life force of your business and begin deepening your relationship with it. Just like any meaningful connection, the more time and presence you bring, the stronger and clearer the relationship can become.

In this practice you will meet the energy of your business and spend time with it in a way that feels natural and supportive for you both. You may receive guidance about how your business would like to connect with you moving forward, how often to nurture that connection, or any insights it wishes to share.

Every relationship with the soul of a business is unique, so whatever arises for you is perfect.

I invite you to get comfortable, Close your eyes or lower your gaze and just begin to breathe into your body just beginning to let go of all that's happened in your day so far breathing into any areas of tightness and letting go just a little bit more on the exhale feeling yourself supported feeling where the support comes up to meet you feeling Mother Earth holding you from below and just allowing yourself to melt into this feeling held and just being present in your body trusting whatever wants to arise for you today and simply breathing and being and as you breathe in this space inviting the essence of your business to join you again allowing it to appear or perhaps you just feel or know its presence feeling it form again and taking a moment to connect with it seeing, Feeling, Acknowledging its energy and just being open to what it wants to share with you today and as you connect with its energy I invite you to ask these questions allowing whatever wants to come up, And if nothing does, That's fine too how would your business like to connect with you moving forward? Perhaps it's through visualizations, Maybe journaling, Painting speaking to it, Just asking it how often would your business like you to connect with it? And does it have any other guidance or anything else it would like to share with you at this time? And now just beginning to thank your business knowing that you can come back here at any time and beginning to bring yourself back into your body moving around, Stretching, Feeling yourself back in the physical and when you're ready, You can very gently open your eyes and just take a moment to note anything that came up or perhaps spend some time following any guidance you might have received honoring this business connection that you have and following through on what you are guided to do to strengthen your trust and connection with your business
