I invite you to get comfortable,
Closing your eyes or lowering your gaze and just beginning to breathe into your body.
Letting go,
Allowing it to melt into whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on and just becoming present with your body,
Noticing how you feel today,
Just becoming aware of what's been rising for you,
What emotions,
What feelings.
Just truly acknowledging,
Being present and honouring what you are feeling,
Holding all of these parts without judgement,
Without trying to change them.
Just allowing them to be felt,
Allowing them to breathe.
You might like to hold yourself as you do this,
Welcoming in all of you,
The good,
The messy,
The uncomfortable,
Whatever it is that you might be feeling,
Whatever it is that might be rising within you.
And now as you hold all parts of yourself,
I invite you to ask Mother Earth to also hold you,
Feel her strength,
Her energy,
Her support as she comes up to meet you.
And allow yourself to melt into her hold.
She welcomes you and accepts you exactly as you are.
Allow yourself to be held by her.
And just feel her grounding,
Nurturing energy holding you.
It can also transmute anything you no longer need,
Breathing and releasing it.
Feel yourself connected with her and if it feels good you can allow yourself to go deeper into the earth,
Feeling yourself going down,
Spreading your roots,
Fully grounding,
Anchoring into this support.
And just breathe into this space and feel the oneness with Gaia,
Mother Earth.
Allowing her to hold you,
Feeling yourself grounded,
Rooted,
Present on earth,
Exactly as you are.
And now breathing all that in,
Remembering you can come here at any time,
Thanking Mother Earth and when you're ready you can feel yourself back in your body,
Becoming aware of the room that you're in,
Moving around,
Stretching,
Feeling yourself in the physical and when you're ready you can open your eyes very gently and bring yourself back into the space that you're in.
