And taking a moment to get comfortable and just beginning to deeply breathe into your body allowing yourself to let go soften relax into the support beneath you and just arrive in your body in this moment breathing and letting go noticing what your body feels like today and now bringing your attention to your heart space perhaps holding it if that feels good today and just beginning to breathe into this portal allowing it to soften allowing yourself to connect with it feeling it noticing it being present with your heart today and as you breathe into your heart at the center see a light beginning to form with every breath inviting it to get stronger and brighter holding you your truth your wisdom and as this light gets brighter and stronger imagine it going outwards beginning to connect with the hearts of others around the globe others who also care so deeply others here to help the planet and each other light workers healers activists environmentalists all of our hearts connected and deeply feel this heart connection this web of light being spread across the globe and from this space surrounding the planet sending love peace light compassion care and anything else you would like to share inviting it to spread on this web of connection to all the people and all the places that need it right now and just holding this web around the planet inviting you to hold this for as long as you'd like to and when you feel ready you can gently bring yourself back into the space that you're in thanking you and your beautiful heart
