I'm so just inviting you to get comfortable and if it feels good and safe you can close your eyes or simply lower your gaze and just start to take some breaths into your lower belly and letting go on the exhale and just beginning to bring your awareness to your breath allowing your breath to bring you deeper into your body and just beginning to notice if there are any areas of tightness or tension anywhere you're holding on and perhaps bringing in some movement some stretching and then just allowing this part of your body to release to let go a little bit more and just allowing a lower part of your body to become heavy and to be supported and feeling the holding,
The grounding,
The support of Mother Earth beneath you allowing your back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest to soften and to let go unclenching your jaw and softening the muscles in your face,
Your forehead and just deeply breathing and coming into your body,
The wisdom of your body and now beginning to bring your awareness,
Your attention back to your breath and just really inviting it to begin to spiral downwards down through your lower belly into your root area,
Your pelvic bowl and just beginning to feel your breath spiraling down into the earth with every breath,
Inviting it to go deeper,
Wider,
As far as feels good for you today and creating these roots of breath,
This anchoring,
This connection,
This grounding with Mother Earth and just allowing your awareness to go down with it,
Deeply grounding you in this moment and now from up above imagine a column of pure creative energy coming down from the cosmos,
Feel that column of creative energy coming down into the crown of your head,
Down past your third eye,
Into your throat,
Your heart,
Down your body into your solar plexus,
Your belly button area where your sacral chakra is and into your root and then feeling that creative energy going down,
Down into the earth,
Right down to the centre,
The core of Mother Earth and at the centre feeling it combine with Mother Earth's creative current and then feeling that energy coming back up through all the layers of the earth,
Back up into your feet,
Up your legs,
Past your hips,
Into your root and sacral areas,
Into your creative centre and just begin to breathe it into this part of your being and don't worry if you don't know exactly where it is,
Just allow the energy to activate,
To connect and allow your awareness to really be in that part of your being,
Feeling it clearing and inviting it to get brighter and stronger with every single breath,
Activating your sacral chakra,
Your creative centre,
Your creative energy,
Power and potential and just taking a moment to deeply breathe that in,
Bringing you back into a flow state connected with your truth,
Your creative truth and now just inviting that energy to expand into the rest of your body,
Up through your chakras,
Out into your energy field,
Your aura and take it as wide and far as feels good,
Truly holding you in this creative energy and take as long as you need to fill up,
To be in this space and if you want to you can ask what am I being called to create right now,
Allowing the guidance to come to you and when you feel ready you can draw that energy back down into your body,
Allowing it to come into your crown,
Your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Back into your sacral,
Your creative centre,
Your root and then just grounding it into the earth and just taking a few more breaths in this space,
Feeling the energy,
Receiving it and take as long as you need but when you feel ready you can just start to bring in some gentle movement,
Some stretching and then you can open your eyes and bring yourself back and I invite you to journal on anything that came up that you might like to remember or take action on any guidance you received if that's applicable to you today.
