And so inviting you to close your eyes or lower your gaze,

Whatever feels safe and good to you today.

And just beginning to breathe into your lower belly,

Letting go on the exhale,

And just starting to bring your attention,

Your awareness inside of your body,

Maybe moving,

Stretching,

Letting go of any tension,

And just beginning to bring the breath into your body,

Into any areas of tightness,

Just inviting a little bit more space,

Just allowing your breath to begin to deepen right down into your root,

Your pelvic bowl area,

And as it does,

Inviting it to begin to spiral even deeper,

Going down into the earth,

Connecting your body with the earth,

And as you breathe,

You become the earth,

You are of the earth.

And as your breath deepens,

Allowing yourself to be carried with it down into the earth,

Down into the deep holding,

The deep stillness,

The deep nurturing,

And finding yourself in a cave,

A cocoon-like cave where you can simply let go,

Replenish,

And just be in the stillness.

And so finding yourself there,

Allowing yourself to be there fully,

And really taking some time to receive and to simply be in this cocoon within the embrace and the holding of Mother Earth.

And so knowing you can stay in this cocoon as long as you need,

You can come back here whenever you want,

But for now,

Inviting you,

If it feels good,

To take a couple more deep breaths into your body,

And drawing in what you need to support you as you go on with your day,

And then slowly beginning to travel back up,

The same way you came down,

Spiraling back up into your body,

Back into your body in this time,

This space.

Very gently starting to feel yourself back,

Beginning to gently move your fingers,

Maybe stretching very slowly,

Very easily,

As you begin to feel yourself back in your physical body,

And take as long as you need or want,

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and bring yourself back into this space.
