Rise and shine,
Today is a new day to achieve all your dreams,
Taking steps towards your goals.
Beginning your day by meditation is an excellent way to feel great throughout your day.
So just relax,
Get your body in a comfortable position and begin to breathe in very slowly and deeply.
And when you inhale,
Imagine you are breathing in new fresh energy.
This energy you are going to put towards an awesome day.
Breathe it in.
And each time you exhale,
Let your body relax.
Begin to notice how the very top of your head feels,
All of your focus on the top of the head.
And as you center your attention at the very top of your head,
Say to yourself,
Today is a great day.
Good.
Now let your focus drift down to the forehead.
And as you center your attention here,
You may notice that your forehead relaxes.
Any tension just melts away.
With your attention right there on the forehead.
Say to yourself,
Today I take steps towards my goals.
Let your awareness shift now to the chin,
Just think about your chin.
Repeat the wonderful words,
Opportunities come my way.
Just focus on your chin.
Allow your attention to travel down,
Resting on the neck.
Just be a witness of how your neck feels in this moment.
And repeat the words,
Today I speak my truth.
Allow for your awareness to rest upon your shoulders now.
Between the shoulders.
And say to yourself,
I let go of all the burdens that have been holding me back.
Resting on the shoulders.
Now bring attention to the hands.
Rest your awareness within the hands.
And say the words,
I use my hands for the forces of good.
Using each finger individually,
Noticing the palms and the back of the hand.
I use my hands for the purpose of good.
You are doing so well.
Bring attention to the heart now.
The most powerful organ beating endlessly within you.
With the attention on the heart,
Say the words,
I act with love.
I act with love.
And let your attention slide down the body,
Noticing the hips and pelvis as you pass down through the legs.
And rest your awareness at the feet,
Particularly the soles of your feet.
And say to yourself,
I stay grounded in all I do today.
Very good.
Let your awareness expand to encompass your entire body.
Enormous your body as a whole.
And say to yourself,
I am healthy.
I am wealthy.
I am wise.
I am healthy.
I am wealthy.
I am wise.
Nice.
That's a good relaxation you have right there.
Begin to imagine now,
Your day playing out before you,
Exactly how you want it to go.
Making choices you want to make.
Talking to people you want to talk to.
Imagine your day ahead in great detail,
Happening just how you want it to go.
Take a deep breath in,
Opening your eyes,
And starting your day,
Making your imagination a reality.
