This meditation allows you to visualise a goal or vision that has previously felt out of your reach. By aligning your energy with the outcome, you can plant the subconscious image to bring iit into your reality. Take aligned and daily action to complete the exercise.

Welcome to this meditation which is going to align your energy with achieving a goal which is previously felt out of your reach.

First of all I want you to start by getting into a nice comfortable place either seated or lying down.

If you're seated just make sure that your feet are firmly placed on the floor,

Shoulders are nice and relaxed.

Just take three or four nice deep breaths and then settle your breath into its natural rhythm,

Not trying to force it or control it,

Just allowing the breath to come in and out of your body in a natural way.

Then I just want you to access the creative mind screen at the front of your mind with your eyes closed and I ask you to begin with an area of your life in mind.

You choose an area where you've been struggling or you would like to experience some kind of transformation.

It might be your family,

Your job or career,

A relationship,

Your health or a project that you've been meaning to start.

I now want you to begin to imagine the highest possible outcome that you would like to be living in this area of your life six to twelve months from now.

Imagine living your life the way you would envision it if all your hopes and dreams were to come true.

What is your ultimate reality?

What would you be doing,

Thinking,

Feeling,

Experiencing?

What would you be doing on a day to day basis?

Try not to get hung up on limitations.

Instead,

Just allow yourself to be carried away with your wildest aspirations.

If you've already thats more of your community,

Consider truly stretched your core hope.

Now I want you to connect with one goal you would like to achieve in the next three months which gets you closer to that highest possible outcome.

Make it one that's realistic and so you'll know when you've got there.

So be sure to choose something that is big enough that once you've carried out this goal you will be left with a high level of accomplishment and feeling super motivated for your next goal.

Now that you've connected with your goal,

Imagine what your life will be like once you've completed it.

Create a picture or a movie in your mind and step inside the visual representation as if you are inside it and looking through your own eyes.

Adjust all of the qualities of sensory perception.

Taste,

Touch,

Sight,

Sound,

Smell to create the most positive and most real feelings.

Who is there celebrating with you?

Where are you?

What's happening around you?

And how will you know when you are there?

Who is there?

Who is there?

Now I want you to step out of the image you've created and imagine floating up in the air above where you are now,

Taking the mental image with you.

Take a deep inhale and as you exhale,

Use your breath to energise the image,

Feeling it with positive energy and intention.

Do this five times.

Now it's time to imagine floating out into the future and visualise dropping the internal representation of your goal down into your life below at a date and a time that you've set for this goal to reach completion.

It's how all the events between then and now are shifting,

Moving,

Rearranging and re-evaluating themselves to support you in accomplishing your goal.

Visualise and use all your senses in this process to make it feel real.

Then move towards the next level,

Amazing.

Once you feel you've completed your goal,

Come back into the present moment in the room and move your eyes closer in.

But with your eyes still closed,

Consider what are the most important steps you can take in the next week to move you closer to your goal.

Take a couple of deep breaths to ground yourself before opening your eyes.

You might want to write down your list of action steps or do some journaling about your experience.

Remember that you must take daily aligned action to maintain your focus.

So every single day do something that moves you closer to realising your goal and living your dream.

Do this process once a week or upon completion of your action steps so that you continue moving powerfully forward towards achieving your goal and living your vision.

Seeing is believing,

So use your mind to create your most compelling future.
