I absolutely love this sleep meditation, it’s currently my favorite one and I’ve been listening to it regularly since I saw it listed as a new post. Sometimes I listen to it twice in a row, I love it so much. Her voice is so soft and soothing and genuine. There’s relaxation techniques, but the pace is perfect and she moves to different ones, which is so refreshing. I also love the background of soft crickets. It makes me feel like I’m laying under the stars on a warm summer night and she’s talking me reassuringly back to sleep. Love love love. 💕 Thank you. 🙏
