Allowing In Abundance

In this meditation, we scan our energy field and remove any blocks to calling in abundance. As with any meditation or meditative practice that can leave us in a relaxed state, please remember to exercise the necessary caution and steps to ensure safety and health, such as avoiding driving or operating heavy machinery during or immediately following the practice.

Hello and welcome.

In today's meditation,

We're going to be focusing on allowing abundance.

To begin,

Let's find ourselves in a comfortable position,

Sitting or laying down,

Whichever feels best today,

Opening your palms to face upwards.

And if you feel comfortable,

I invite you to gently close your eyes or find a spot on the floor or in front of you to gaze upon.

Just take a few moments here to connect with your breath,

Just noticing the air flowing in and out.

Notice any discomfort in your body.

Each breath in,

Imagine directing the air right to anywhere that needs soothing.

Take a few moments here to continue with this process,

Relaxing just a bit more with every exhale.

Start to feel yourself really connected to the surface beneath you as it supports you and holds you to the earth.

Now let's take a few moments here to scan the energy fields all around our bodies.

There's no right or wrong way to do this.

Just notice without judgment what sensations you feel,

What colors come to you,

What emotions arise.

It doesn't even need to make sense.

We don't need an explanation for anything that comes up.

And if nothing comes up,

That's fine too.

So let's start at the top around the crown,

Down chakra,

Starting from your head to a few feet above,

Expanding outward at the top of this space,

Scanning this area.

And just notice any sensations,

Any feelings you have in this space.

Are they heavy?

Are they fast moving?

Are they light or expansive?

Just notice.

Let's move down to the third eye chakra,

The area just above the space between your eyebrows.

Starting from that space and again extending out a few feet in front.

What do you notice in this space?

Any blocks?

Does it feel light?

Any blocks?

Does it feel free flowing for energy to move here?

Next,

Let's move down to the throat chakra at about the base of your neck,

Starting from the surface of your skin here and extending out several feet.

What does it feel like in this space?

Does it feel clear?

Does it feel heavy?

Does it feel constricted at all?

And we're just noticing.

Remembering to breathe here.

Deep inhales through your nose or mouth,

Exhales through your nose or mouth,

Bringing in any soothing,

Calming,

Relaxing energy wherever we need it.

Let's bring our focus down to our heart chakra,

About in the middle of your chest.

Scan this area from your chest outward several feet in front of you.

What do you notice here?

Are there any colors coming up?

Any shapes?

Any unusual sensations?

Just noticing.

Let's shift our attention down to our solar plexus,

The area just a few inches above our belly buttons.

Let's start from here and expand outward a few feet.

What sensations come up?

Does it feel like a clear energy space?

Does it feel heavy or blocked at all?

Just notice.

So now let's move down to the sacral chakra,

Just under our solar plexus.

Start here and expand out a few feet in front of you.

Start here and expand out a few feet in front of you.

What are you feeling?

Any colors that come up?

Any sensations?

Let's focus our attention now down at our root chakra,

Just at the base of our tailbone.

Start here and scan directly out in front of you a few feet.

What do you notice?

Any emotions that come up?

Any sensations?

Now let's move our attention out to the palms of our hands.

Notice anything that comes up in the space from the surface of your palms outward a bit.

What do you feel in this space?

Do any sensations come up?

Do you feel any different emotions?

Now let's shift our attention all the way down to the bottom of our feet,

Whether they're pressed against the ground beneath you or relaxed to their sides.

See if you can just tune into the energetic space from the bottom of your feet outward a bit.

What do you notice here?

Are there any sensations that come up?

Any colors that you're seeing?

Now imagine you have a tool next to you that will help brush away or dissolve,

Break through,

Or otherwise clear out any blocks in any part of your energy field.

Imagine picking up this tool and starting again at your crown chakra,

Moving down to your feet.

Use it to clear away anything that might be preventing the energy of abundance from flowing to you and through you.

This tool can change into any shape necessary,

Shift into any kind of medium that you need to help clear up any of the jams of energy.

So just take a few moments here to scan the areas of your energetic field to remove or repair anything you need.

Once you feel your energy field is cleared,

Let's focus on the word abundance.

What does abundance mean to you and how might you define it?

What areas in life do you want abundance to flow?

Finances,

Nourishment,

Relationships,

Connections.

If you can imagine the energy of abundance being a color,

What color or colors would it be?

Now imagine descending from the atmosphere above an endless wave of this beautiful abundant energy gently flowing towards you.

Imagine it pouring over you and through your crown chakra,

Through your third eye,

Through your throat chakra.

Imagine this beautiful energy flowing to and through your heart space,

To and through your solar plexus,

Your sacral chakra,

Root chakra.

Imagine it flowing to and through the palms of your hands and to and through the bottoms of your feet.

Really feel this energy permeating every cell of your body as you allow the continuous stream of abundance to flow to and through you with every inhale and exhale.

Just notice how this feels in your body as you think about the abundance you're wanting to allow into your experience.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your attention back to your physical body.

Feel the surface below you again in its support,

Whether it's a chair or a bed or couch,

And shift your attention back to your breath as we prepare to take three collected breaths together here to close our practice.

Inhale in and exhale.

Inhale in,

Exhale.

Inhale in and exhale.

Go ahead and begin to wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

And when you're ready,

Gently blink your eyes back open and come on back into the space you're in,

Feeling that abundant energy,

Physical being.
