In this meditation, we visualize our whole being and feeling into the beautiful energy it holds. Experience the expansiveness of your higher self and the power you have. Hello and welcome.

In today's meditation,

We're going to be focusing on connecting with our higher selves or our whole being.

Let's take a few moments here to find ourselves in a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying,

Whichever feels best today.

And if you feel comfortable,

I invite you to gently close your eyes or find a space in front of you to gaze upon.

And as we settle in,

Just start to notice your breath.

No need to do anything to change it at this time.

We're just observing.

And now I'd like for us to visualize what the term whole being really means or looks like.

We can visualize our whole being as being centered at our physical human bodies.

So as we bring our attention to our physical selves,

See if you can feel the energy within your body at this time.

Sometimes it's moving fast or slow.

Just observe there's no right or wrong.

And now let's bring your attention to the next aspect of our whole being,

Which includes the concentrated energy emanating off of our physical bodies that some people refer to as our auric field.

Just observe this space starting from the surface of your skin and expanding outward three to four feet in all directions.

Just see if you can see this energy in your mind's eye.

And now we'll bring our attention to the energy that expands from the outer edge of our auric field and spans a vast distance above and below and all around us.

Expands upward ahead of us and well down into the Earth's crust.

As we move along in our days,

Our energy is directly interacting with the energy of other people and animals and plants and other organic matter of the Earth and atmosphere.

We as whole beings are expansive and powerful and contain so much wisdom and unconditional love.

The farther out we follow our energy,

The more wisdom and pure love we can connect with.

Sometimes the complexities of being physical beings on this planet can interrupt or block the flow of this wisdom and love.

What's important for us to remember is that we can at any time remove the block and reconnect with this beautiful,

Loving,

Wise energy.

Even if it's just for a few moments,

It's powerful enough to give us the support and confidence to work through any of the challenges we face as humans navigating our lives.

Take a few moments here to feel the power of the energy of your whole being.

Imagine exploring and feeling into this energy as far out as you can.

Imagine that energy flowing directly back into your body.

And if it feels right to you,

You can show a reciprocation of this energy back outward by gently whispering out loud and really feeling the words,

I love you.

Solidifying the knowledge that we are not separate from this energy,

Nor can we ever be.

Let's start to bring our attention back in,

Gently bringing our focus back to our auric field and the colorful concentration of energy here.

Now we'll bring our attention back to our physical bodies and the wise and loving energy we have collected from intentionally connecting with the expansiveness of our whole being.

Feel it integrating into every cell of your body.

When you're ready,

Gently start to wiggle your toes and wiggle your fingers.

And if it feels comfortable to you,

Go and place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly as we take three collective breaths here together to close our practice today.

Let's inhale in.

Pause and exhale.

Inhale in.

Pause and exhale.

Inhale in.

Pause and exhale.

If you haven't already,

I invite you to gently blink your eyes back open and come back into the space that you're in.

Just take a few moments here to notice how you're feeling and continue to notice the revitalizing energy as you continue about your day.

Be well everywhere.
