Meditation Timer OnlineLiz Lark is a yoga artist who has taught art since 1990 and yoga since 1995. She holds a Foundation in Art & Design, a Ceramics degree, and an MA in Performing Arts, and is qualified in Thai massage. She has worked with actors and artists including Alan Rickman, Ralph Fiennes, Sir John Eliot Gardiner, the Monteverdi Choir, and the English National Ballet. Liz has served on the board of Yoga Campus in London (2003-2024) and continues training in Somatic Experiencing, while offering workshops, retreats, and art commissions.
