I'm Lizzie and we're going to imagine some things together to get you ready for a happy and joyful day ahead.
You can sit or stand for this meditation and so get yourself ready.
Then close your eyes and let's start by doing some lovely breathing together.
Can you take a nice big breath in?
Imagine you can pull bright light from the sun into your body.
Even if it's cloudy and you can't see the sun,
It's bright light is so strong that it can come through anything to you if you keep your eyes closed and imagine.
It can even come through the roof of your home.
So breathe in.
Now breathe out and imagine you can blow all the air out of your lungs like the wind blowing the trees.
See any feelings of being scared or unhappy blow out of you.
Your breath is also very strong and will blow any feelings out of the window that don't make you feel nice.
Imagine blowing them far far away.
If we do it again,
You might be able to blow any not nice feelings all the way through the Earth's atmosphere and out into space.
Do you know what happens when these not nice feelings go into space?
Bright light from the sun shines on them and makes them disappear.
Let's give it a try.
Take another big breath in and get ready to blow all the not nice feelings out into space.
Letting go of any not nice feelings will help you to feel happy and joyful.
Take a moment to notice how much better you feel.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Feel your feet touching the floor.
Now we're going to imagine that you are a strong tree.
Imagine you have roots and they begin to grow out of the bottom of your feet and down through the floor.
Send your roots growing fast down through the soil and the rock right inside to the middle of the Earth.
There is a special silver angel who lives there.
Yes,
Angels do live inside the Earth and angels are always willing to help you.
But first you have to ask for their help.
So ask for the silver angel's help and then she will show you the biggest crystal you have ever seen that lives in the middle of the Earth.
It is glowing a bright silvery white light.
The silver angel shows you how you can wrap your roots around this crystal.
They might even go right inside the crystal.
Now focus on the crystal's bright silvery white light and drink it up through your roots like a tree drinking water.
Drink it all the way up through the rock and soil,
Up through your floor and into your feet.
Like a fountain,
The bright silvery white light comes all the way up your legs,
Through your tummy and chest,
Filling your whole body to the tips of your fingers and the top of your head.
Remember you have special roots because they can move with you wherever you go.
You are like a walking tree.
So you can keep your connection to the silver angel's crystal and the bright silvery white light for the whole day and it will help you feel calm and balanced.
Now this is done,
The silver angel inside the Earth gives you a gift.
It's a very big crystal egg,
So big that you can climb inside it.
And it's a very special crystal egg because you can only see it when you close your eyes and imagine.
Sometimes horrible energy is invisible,
So you can't see it but you can feel it.
Just like eggs protect baby birds,
Your special crystal egg is going to protect you from any horrible energy.
You can use the special crystal egg anytime you want to.
Just close your eyes and imagine climbing inside it.
Let's do that now.
Imagine breathing in gold light from the sun and spread that gold light all around your special crystal egg,
Inside and outside.
Now you are super duper protected for your day and if you look carefully,
Your special crystal egg is smiling at you.
I wonder,
Will you smile back at your special crystal egg?
At the end of your day when you come back home,
You can give your special crystal egg back to the silver angel in the middle of the Earth.
She will keep it safe at night while you sleep,
Ready for you to use tomorrow.
Say thank you to the silver angel and take one last big breath.
