We connect deep into the centre of the Earth, bringing up crystalline energy to help you remain grounded and centred. We then surround you with several layers of protective energy to keep you energetically safe, including protection from 5G radiation and electromagnetic wavelengths. This meditation calls on various Angels for assistance. Can be done sitting or standing.
