Throat Chakra Clearing And Activating Meditation

For Starseeds! This meditation helps with clearing all outdated vows and agreements that are in any way interfering with, restricting, or blocking your Throat chakra. It also helps with clearing any cords with groups or individuals seeking to interfere with, restrict, or block your Throat chakra. There is a process for rebalancing, and invoking a new vow to hear Divine guidance, to open to your intuition, to speak your truth, and to express yourself creatively.

As always, the processes are guided by your Higher Self while 6 Archangels hold the space for you.

I'm Liz Finlay and welcome to this throat chakra clearing and activating meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Bringing yourself into the present moment,

Drawing your attention to your body and breath.

On your next out breath,

Begin to send cords of light,

Surrounded by gold light,

Down through the floor,

Through the earth's crust and deep into the centre of the earth,

Where you find the crystalline core.

This is the fifth dimensional grid of the earth.

Anchor your cords of light into the crystalline core in whatever way resonates with you.

This might be literally visualising an anchor at the end of the cords.

Perhaps you want to tie them off in a bow or knot,

Or even wrap them around like roots.

On your next in breath,

Begin to drink up some of the crystalline energy,

Bringing it all the way up through the earth's crust,

Through the floor and into your body through the soles of your feet.

Allow this crystalline energy to circulate throughout your whole body,

To keep you grounded and centred throughout this meditation.

We call on your higher self and your team and spirit of the highest light and resonance to come and be with you during this meditation.

You might see,

Sense or feel them ready to love and support you.

We will now create a safe space for you to feel truly held in love and light,

Starting with calling on Archangel Raphael in the east,

The angel of the element air.

We call Raphael to come forward with his emerald green healing fire to help hold the space.

See,

Sense or feel this fire fill and surround you to support your physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual and energetic bodies.

We now call on Archangel Michael in the south,

The angel of the element fire,

To come forward with his electric blue fire of protection to help hold the space.

See this fire fill and surround your room,

Keeping your energy field safe during this meditation.

We now call on Archangel Gabriel in the west,

The angel of the element water,

To come forward with his diamond white fire to help hold the space.

This purifying fire can help to cleanse your energy fields as Gabriel enhances your imagination and intuition.

We now call on Archangel Uriel in the north,

The angel of the element earth,

To come forward with his ruby red fire to help hold the space.

This fire helps you to connect more powerfully with your own physical body,

Cleansing and raising the vibration of all blood systems.

We now call on Archangel Metatron from above to bring gold light from the great central sun,

The ascension grid,

Down into your room to cleanse,

Clear and raise the vibrations of everything around you,

The structure,

The space and everything in the space,

Sealing you in a safe space of light.

We ask Metatron to place divine filters and protection within and around all electronic devices near you,

In your home and especially those electronic devices you are using to listen to this meditation.

We now call on Archangel Sandalphon from below to bring the crystalline grid up from the earth's crystal core,

Up into your room to help hold the space and ground all of the energies throughout this meditation.

With a deep breath,

Imagine breathing in bright white light that uplifts every cell in your body.

Divine light straight from source that nurtures every aspect of your physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual and energetic bodies.

On the out breath,

Give yourself permission to release all that does not serve you and all that does not belong to you.

Our seeds,

Lightworkers,

Healers and empaths have a tendency to pick up on other people's energies and even store them in their own energy fields.

So on your next out breath,

Release anyone else's energy that you have picked up,

Especially within your throat chakra.

Release any energy that feels restrictive in your throat and any energies from groups or individuals seeking to interfere with,

Restrict or block your throat chakra.

Breathing in tension,

Imagine breathing this energy out of your body and out of your energy fields,

Releasing all energy that doesn't serve you,

Seeing,

Sensing or feeling it return back to source.

With a deep breath in,

Bring more bright white light into your body,

Allowing more of your own natural light to expand throughout all layers of your being.

Continue this process with some lovely deep breaths,

Releasing and replenishing.

We are now going to focus on clearing all outdated vows and agreements that are in any way interfering with,

Restricting or blocking your throat chakra.

We call your higher self and team in spirit of the highest light and resonance to guide and assist you in this clearing process.

Begin to call any vows and agreements that can be released at this time that are negatively affecting your throat chakra,

Anything that is affecting your self expression,

The expression of your innate gifts and talents,

Anything blocking your limitless abundance and of course anything blocking you speaking your truth.

These vows and agreements will begin to appear,

Usually as parchments of paper,

Scrolls or sometimes even books.

They might even be coming out of your throat chakra or just simply appear in front of you.

If you are more kinesthetic,

You may feel or sense them near you.

Begin to tear these vows and agreements up and throw them to the light of the great central sun.

And while you do this,

I call on your higher self to delete from the Akashic records all agreements and vows made in your throat chakra with any being,

Group,

System,

Bloodline or even your soul that is not for your highest and greatest good.

Give these back to the time of origin,

Clearing all trauma or restriction,

All causes and reasons that created them or that might recreate them.

Clear all associated programs and energies from groups or individuals seeking to interfere,

Affect or block your throat chakra.

Clear all of these across all bodies,

Minds,

Timelines,

Lifetimes and dimensions and for this to be done to 100% in zero point time.

We are now going to be clearing any chords with groups or individuals seeking to interfere with,

Restrict or block your throat chakra.

We call your higher self and team in spirit of the highest light and resonance to guide and assist you in this clearing process.

Presenting to you the group or individual with the highest priority of clearing chords.

You may come back to this meditation to address others.

Allow an image to form in your mind's eye of this group or individual.

See,

Sense or feel these chords within your energy fields.

Some of them might be directly connected to your throat chakra.

Be aware that they can be sent into the back of a chakra as well as the front.

Chords sent to the front of you are usually not through any sort of ill intent with the sender often completely unaware that they have chorded into you.

However,

Chords sent into the back of you are usually conscious on the part of the sender and are sent with malicious intent.

So notice where these chords are attaching to you.

You have the choice to either cut the chords using Archangel Michael's sword of light or you may choose to pull the chords out of your body and out of your energy fields.

Take a moment to do what resonates with you.

Now send the chord remnants to the great central sun including all roots of these chords within you sending them to be dissolved across all bodies,

Minds,

Timelines,

Lifetimes and dimensions for this to be done to a hundred percent in zero point time.

We call on ultraviolet fire within and around your throat chakra to burn through and transmute all residual energies related to the clearing received in this meditation.

The clearing of vows,

Agreements and chords allow the ultraviolet fire to expand throughout all of your energy fields returning all that no longer serves you back to source.

We call on divine white light to fill all of the void spaces within your body and energy fields where the chords have been released,

Assisting your own natural light to return to these areas.

Fill all of these areas with gold light to prevent any further intrusion while your energy fields recalibrate.

We call on your higher self to ensure your throat chakra is spinning in the correct direction that is unique for you.

Correcting the spin if necessary,

We call on Archangel Chamuel to begin to fill your throat chakra with pink light with the vibration of unconditional love along with Archangel Raphael to bring emerald green healing light.

This is very soothing for the throat chakra and assists with the rebalancing.

We call on your higher self to present a symbol to you,

A symbol that represents a new vow between you and source.

A new vow to hear divine guidance,

To open to your intuition,

To speak your truth and to express yourself creatively.

See or sense the symbol appear in front of you.

It may be a flower or crystal,

Perhaps sacred geometry or even light language symbols.

If you so wish,

Invoke that symbol into your throat chakra,

Allowing it to pulse its vibration through all layers and levels of your throat chakra.

Take a moment to make sure you are still connected to the crystalline grid of the earth,

Perhaps drawing more of the crystalline energy up into your body to ground you.

Begin to fill your energy fields with gold light,

With a golden crystal clear and diamond strong layer around the entire outside that only the highest vibrational energy can penetrate.

Call on electric blue fire around the outside of the golden crystal clear layer.

This protective electric blue fire burns through and transmutes all energy that does not serve you before it reaches your energy fields.

Taking a few deep breaths as you give thanks to your higher self,

Your team and spirit of the highest light and resonance and the wonderful beings of light who have supported you during this meditation.

We thank and release sandal fun from below and while feeling or sensing the intensity of the crystalline grid reduce,

We ask that the grounding energies remain with you.

We thank and release Metatron from above,

Feeling or sensing the gold light from the great central sun,

The ascension grid begin to pull back,

Reducing in intensity.

We thank and release Uriel in the north,

Feeling or sensing the ruby red fire reduce in intensity.

We thank and release Gabriel in the west,

Feeling or sensing the diamond white fire reduce in intensity.

We thank and release Michael in the south,

Feeling or sensing the electric blue fire reduce in intensity.

And finally,

We thank and release Raphael in the east,

Feeling or sensing the emerald green fire reduce in intensity.

Know that you can call on any of these wonderful beings at any time for help and support and they are always there for you.

Take a few deep breaths and rub your hands together to bring you back into your body before you slowly and gently close your eyes.
