The fact that you're here,
That you've created this space is everything.
It's the hardest part.
So let's get settled in.
Take full advantage of our time today.
You'll find the more that you do this,
The more that you come to meditation,
The faster you're able to tap in into the zone of peace and calm and knowing.
Focusing now on your breathing,
The gentle inhalation and exhalation,
The rise and fall of your shoulders.
And with every breath,
The tension that resides there melts away.
You can remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth,
Sinking in further to your body,
Relaxing and releasing with every breath.
But you're not falling asleep.
If anything,
You're tuning in and increasing your energy.
When you become aware of your beating heart,
Of the rise and fall of your breath,
You rejuvenate your senses.
Your awareness of how alive you truly are in this moment.
You realize that you are a spiritual being having a human experience.
And to be grateful for all that you have seen and done this far and all that you will do for days and months and years to come.
It is a gift.
Keep breathing,
Feeling your heart,
That green energy chakra and imagining that it's a swirling ball of energy emanating out from your chest,
Throughout your body and even beyond it.
You release all tension.
You let go of any regrets or worries.
In this moment,
The only thing you can think about is your heart and the overall sense of love and peace and calm that's emanating out of your body.
Keep breathing,
Keep feeling and through it all,
There's no judgment.
Come back into your body.
Take a deep breath in and release.
As you go into your day or maybe as you drift off to sleep,
Know that we can decide what we carry and at any time you can come back to this meditation and release anything that you don't need to carry anymore.
