Host of Your Morning Mantra.
Today's meditation explores unconditional love and how we can put it into practice.
Let's begin.
Your Morning Mantra.
I am loved unconditionally.
If it's safe to do so,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Relax your eyes,
Relax your ears,
Relax your jaw,
Relax your shoulders down and bring your attention to your breath.
Drawing your breath down to your heart space.
Unconditional love,
An aspirational type of love.
Love with no attachments,
Without rules of engagement,
Without control,
Given freely,
With no expectations of return or any expectations at all.
This love seems so simple in theory,
So easy in practice.
However,
It doesn't seem so simple to give or receive.
To begin the practice of unconditional love with ourselves is a great way to learn to love ourselves unconditionally,
Without strings,
Judgments.
To simply love no matter what,
In every given moment.
And when we catch ourselves in the act of putting in conditions on our own love,
Gently reminding ourselves that we are deserving of love in every moment,
Especially in this moment.
Today's mantra,
I am loved unconditionally.
Repeat to yourself,
Either out loud or in your mind.
