The purpose of these guided words is to give you the space and time you need to visualize your life the way you would love it to be.

Planting the right seeds of thought in our minds to create the most magnificent blooms that we want to display in our garden of life.
It's time to get comfortable in either a seated or lying down position.
Close your eyes.
Open your mind and your heart.

Allow your breath to bring you into the present moment.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
As you inhale,
Nurture yourself.
And as you exhale,
Release any negative tension,
Stress,
And emotion.
Feel your connection to the earth.

Tuck your chin in slightly.
Your neck is long and relaxed.
Imagine the crown of your head being drawn up as if it's attached to a helium balloon.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your ears.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders down like butter melting on a hot summer's day.
Quiet your mind.
Let your thoughts go by like leaves drifting down a steady stream.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Allow it to bring you into the present moment where you are safe and relaxed.
Today I am offering you the gift of time and space to visualize your life the way that you would love it to be.
What you want to do.
Who you want to be.
How you would like to show up in this world.
A quality or characteristic that you'd like to have.
Your unique version of success and happiness for you.
Imagine as though you have it right now.
Really allow yourself to believe in this moment where you have already achieved what you're calling for.
Notice what's around you.
Colors,
Textures,
Objects,
Other people,
Your environment.
Savor and be aware of this moment when you have achieved what you are calling for right now.
Peaks and Now step outside of your body as if you are watching yourself.
Place your posture,
Any expression on your face,
Your interactions with your physical surroundings and also the objects and people within them.
Use the following time to fully observe yourself interacting with the surroundings around you as if you were looking at yourself.

Allow yourself to go deep inside of you to where your emotions and feelings are.

Tune into the feelings and emotions that you are experiencing when you have achieved your most loved life.

The key to achieving life purpose goals is to keep your mind on what you want and off the things you don't want.
Your brain filters stimuli from your environment so that you don't become overwhelmed by the data that surrounds you in each and every moment.
Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what is real and what is not.
It does not judge you.
I suggest creating a one sentence goal that you can repeat at least twice daily.
Writing your goals in the present tense as if you have already achieved them,
Tricks your mind into adapting your brain's filters.
You will notice things around you which will support you and move you towards your life purpose goal.
Begin writing goal sentences with the words I am or I have.
By repeating soul gardening daily,
You will be giving your subconscious mind visuals the most primitive and easiest way to communicate to your brain.
This will benefit you to become aware of the things in life you did not notice before.
It's the way the human brain is programmed.
I encourage you when this recording ends to write down as much information that you can remember.
Pictures are worth a thousand words.
Pictures speak more directly to our brains.
I encourage you to create or find an image which depicts your life purpose goal.
Put it somewhere prominent where you can see it often.
Some people create vision boards.
Pay attention to your environment.
Be open to what comes your way.
Be prepared to say yes and to take actions which move you towards success.
