Let's begin.
Your morning mantra.
Healing is a journey.
If it's safe to do so,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your ears.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders down and bring your attention to your breath.
As we heal ourselves,
We can begin to realize that healing is a journey.
Sometimes steps need to be retraced,
Retracted,
Or remade.
We come to realize there is no end point of being healed.
That it is a journey.
It's continuous.
Learning new things about the same situations we thought we learned already.
As we heal,
It's important to accept this.
To understand that healing has its ups and downs.
And it's okay to believe we've been healed.
Even when we find ourselves almost back to where we started.
Healing is a journey of being okay with being okay.
